【摘要】：在经济发展进入新常态、国际贸易规则加快变化等宏观大背景下,作为深化改革开放和完善市场经济体制的重要手段,区域经济合作将成为未来我国经济社会发展的新趋势、新动力。沪苏浙皖4省市应从自主创新示范区、网上技术交易市场、打造环沪科创产业带等方面入手,共建最具影响力的全球科创中心。
