大力培育粤东西北地区经济增长极——以工业园区发展为例

【摘要】：正长期以来,粤东西北地区工业化进程缓慢,产业发展水平不高,制约着区域经济的发展,这是广东区域发展不平衡的重要原因。因此,加快粤东西北地区发展是我省实施区域协调发展战略、粤东西北地区振兴发展战略的重点,也是我省调整产业发展布局的重大战略举措。大力发展工业园区,是培育和形成粤东西北地区新经济增长极的重要途径。对此,省委、省政府提出推动产业集聚和节约集约发展,加强产业园区建设,以园区为载体加快粤东西北地区新型工业化进程的政策举措。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the industrialization process is slow and the level of industrial development is not high in northwest Guangdong, which restricts the development of regional economy, which is an important reason for the imbalance of regional development in Guangdong. Therefore, speeding up the development of northwest Guangdong is the key point of the strategy of regional coordinated development in our province. It is also an important strategic measure to adjust the layout of industrial development in our province. Vigorously developing industrial parks is an important way to cultivate and form new economic growth poles in northwest Guangdong. In view of this, the provincial party committee and provincial government put forward the policy measures of promoting industrial agglomeration and economizing intensive development, strengthening the construction of industrial park and speeding up the process of new industrialization in northwest Guangdong province with park as the carrier.
