湖南省中小企业信用担保公司员工流失管理研究

【摘要】:随着市场经济的不断深化,员工流失已成为我国企业管理者面对的共同难题,虽然中国剩余劳动力较为充足,但是知识型和技术型员工仍然匮乏,加之区域经济差距的拉大和就业机会较多,员工流失已是不可避免。 湖南省中小企业信用担保公司是湖南省规模最大、管理最规范、经营实力最强的政策性专业担保公司之一,在市场上有着良好的发展前景。然而公司离职率和员工流失率近年呈现不断升高的趋势,一定程度上制约了公司业务的扩展。本文采用了文献研究法、比较分析法以及实证研究等研究方法。首先,,对国内外员工流动、员工流失及员工流失管理相关文献进行了综述。然后介绍了湖南省中小企业信用担保公司的发展概况,阐述了湖南中小企业担保公司员工流失的实际情况。再通过访谈和问卷调查等方式调查了湖南省中小企业信用担保公司员工对公司管理现状的态度及工作满意度现状,并深入分析了导致公司员工流失的原因,包括外部社会环境原因,公司内部管理原因及员工个人原因。 通过全面分析湖南省中小企业信用担保公司员工流失的症结,提出了湖南中小企业担保公司员工流失管理的方案及方案实施的支撑体系。希望通过本文的研究,对湖南省中小企业信用担保公司员工流失的管理提供一定的实际指导作用,提升其在市场中的竞争力,并有利于其在今后的发展中管好人、用好人、留住人。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the market economy, employee turnover has become a common problem faced by Chinese enterprise managers. Although the surplus labor force in China is more abundant, knowledge and technology workers are still scarce. In addition, the widening of regional economic gap and more employment opportunities, staff turnover is inevitable. Hunan small and medium-sized enterprises credit guarantee company is one of the largest, the most standardized management and the strongest management professional guarantee companies in Hunan Province, and has a good development prospect in the market. However, the corporate turnover rate and employee turnover rate have been increasing in recent years, which restricts the expansion of business to some extent. This paper adopts the methods of literature research, comparative analysis and empirical research. First of all, the literature on staff turnover, staff turnover and staff turnover management at home and abroad are reviewed. Then it introduces the development of Hunan small and medium-sized enterprises credit guarantee company and expounds the actual situation of staff turnover in Hunan small and medium-sized enterprises guarantee company. Then through interviews and questionnaires, this paper investigates the attitude and job satisfaction of the employees of the credit guarantee company of small and medium-sized enterprises in Hunan Province, and analyzes the reasons for the loss of employees in Hunan Province. Including external social environment reasons, internal management reasons and employee personal reasons. Through the comprehensive analysis of the crux of staff turnover in Hunan small and medium-sized enterprise credit guarantee company, this paper puts forward the scheme of staff turnover management of Hunan small and medium-sized enterprise guarantee company and the supporting system of the scheme implementation. Through the research of this paper, I hope to provide some practical guidance to the management of the staff turnover in the credit guarantee company of small and medium-sized enterprises in Hunan Province, enhance its competitiveness in the market, and help it to manage the people well and use the good people in the future development.
