我国中职教育从输出到融入的发展类型研究

【摘要】:职业教育是与经济发展密切相关的一类教育,由于地区经济社会的发展程度和发展基础不同,人们对职业教育的认同度也不同。根据中职学校毕业生的流向、学校专业与当地经济发展的融合度、教师社会服务情况等,将中职学校分为融入型中职教育和输出型中职教育两种类型。从区域分布来看,前者主要在社会经济发达地区,后者主要在经济欠发达地区;从发展基础来看,两种类型的中职教育与我国城乡社会经济发展的二元制基础有一定的关系。随着我国区域经济和社会的快速发展,中职教育的类型也逐渐融合,呈现出与区域社会经济发展的良性互动局面。为此,不同类型的中职教育必须从所处区域的社会经济发展实际出发,采取不同的发展策略,才能步入与当地社会经济发展密切合作的良性循环轨道。
[Abstract]:Vocational education is a kind of education closely related to economic development. Because of the different development degree and development foundation of the regional economy and society, people have different recognition degree to vocational education. According to the flow of graduates from secondary vocational schools, the degree of integration of school professional and local economic development, and the situation of teachers' social service, the secondary vocational schools are divided into fusion. There are two types of secondary vocational education and output type secondary vocational education. From the regional distribution, the former is mainly in the socioeconomic developed areas, the latter mainly in the economically underdeveloped areas; from the basis of development, the two types of secondary vocational education have a certain relationship with the two yuan basis of the social and economic development of urban and rural areas in China. With the rapid development of the society, the types of secondary vocational education have gradually merged, showing a positive interaction with the development of regional social and economic development. Therefore, different types of secondary vocational education must proceed from the social and economic development of the region and take different development strategies to enter the benign cooperation with the local social and economic development.
