高职机电类产学研成果教学转化的探索实践

【摘要】：高职院校教师在与企业开展产学研的紧密合作过程中,参与开发了大量的新产品、新工艺和新技术,高职院校培养的人才要服务区域经济,对应的课程内容要与区域企业的实际情况相结合,因此,通过提炼可以把这些产学研项目转化为可以实施的教学项目,反哺教学。这样,可以提高学生的学习主动性和成就感,从而提高教学效果,培养的人才更符合企业需求。本文以真空技术团队的产学研项目为例,把相关的产学研项目深度融进机电类专业开设的CAD/CAM、机械制造技术等核心课程的实践教学,详细介绍了课程的教学设计与教学效果。
[Abstract]:In the process of close cooperation with enterprises, teachers of higher vocational colleges have participated in the development of a large number of new products, new techniques and new technologies. The talents trained in higher vocational colleges should serve the regional economy. The corresponding curriculum content should be combined with the actual situation of the regional enterprises. Therefore, through refining, we can transform these production, education and research projects into teaching projects that can be implemented, and feed the teaching back. In this way, the students' learning initiative and sense of achievement can be improved, and the teaching effect can be improved, and the talents trained are more in line with the needs of the enterprise. Taking the research project of vacuum technology team as an example, this paper deeply integrates the relevant project into the practical teaching of the core courses, such as CAD / CAM, mechanical manufacturing technology, etc., and introduces in detail the teaching design and teaching effect of the course.
