[Abstract]:The year 2016 marks the beginning of full implementation of the 13th Five-Year Plan, and doing a good job this year is of great significance. We must thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important speeches, fully implement the "four comprehensive" strategic layout and the "eighth strategy," and firmly establish the five major development concepts of "innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing." Firmly grasp the new mission of "never ending the work in practice and seeking new articles at the forefront", implement the new mission of "year of attracting investment", "year of project promotion" and "construction of style"
