中国—东盟区域经济一体化的进程及前景分析

【摘要】：当今区域经济一体化推动着国际经济的发展,它受到世界上所有国家越来越多的关注,并且正变得更加多样化。从回顾20世纪90年代到今天世界经济发展里程,我们不难发现有两个重要特征日益被显现出来,一个是影响世界经济发展的全球化,另一个是推进地区经济增长的区域经济一体化,他们对世界经济发展的作用是我们不能忽视的。在欧盟区域经济一体化推进的进程,东南亚的各个国家也逐渐开启了各个领域、各个层次、各个方位的经济合作,并取得了突破性的成绩。当然中国与东盟也不例外。2003年,中国总理温家宝在印尼巴厘岛举行的"东盟10+1"领导人会议上与参加会议的各方代表签署《东南亚友好合作条约》。该条约的签署不仅标志着中国与东盟区域经济一体化的开端,而且中国与东盟之间的政治关系已经得到了很大的提升。历经超过13年的努力,快速发展了中国与东盟区域经济一体化中成效较高的领域:贸易、金融和投资。但是,这一进程是不是就真的像表面上看到的那样呢?该过程应该定位在哪个阶段呢?虽然许多相关研究资料可供查阅,但是大部分都只停留在定性分析上,定量分析并不是很多。在这篇文章中,笔者试图建立一套新的评价指标用以衡量区域经济一体化的发展程度,来探讨中国与东盟未来发展前景。该新指标包括贸易、金融和投资三个方面,衡量中国与东盟区域经济一体化是一个新举措。本文的内容框架安排如下:第一章是引入导论部分,该部分包涵四个小节的内容:选题背景与研究意义;国内外研究现状;研究思路与结构安排;本文的研究方法与不足。第二章是介绍区域的含义,并扩展为区域经济一体化的本质内涵,加上相关性理论。从两个部分介绍,一部分是区域经济一体化的含义与发展现状,另一部分是关于区域经济一体化相关性理论。第三章是阐述形成中国与东盟区域经济一体化的动因及面临的问题。从经济、文化两个角度阐释区域经济一体化形成的动因,再分析其面临的问题。第四章是论述衡量中国与东盟区域经济一体化的一套新指标。首先描述测度区域经济一体化的指标及计算方法,并用该方法计算贸易、金融、投资的相关指标,再依据计算结果进行分析区域经济一体化的发展进程。第五章是探讨中国与东盟在共同推进区域经济一体化的前景展望。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, regional economic integration promotes the development of international economy. It is paid more and more attention by all countries in the world and is becoming more diversified. From the 1990s to today's world economic development mileage, it is not difficult to find that there are two important features that are becoming increasingly apparent, one is globalization, which affects the development of the world economy, The other is to promote the regional economic integration of regional economic growth, their role in the development of the world economy can not be ignored. In the process of regional economic integration of the European Union, various countries in Southeast Asia have gradually opened up various fields, levels, various aspects of economic cooperation, and achieved breakthrough results. Of course, China and ASEAN are no exception. In 2003, Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao signed the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia with representatives of all parties at the "ASEAN 101" leaders' meeting in Bali, Indonesia. The signing of the treaty not only marks the beginning of regional economic integration between China and ASEAN, but also promotes the political relations between China and ASEAN. After more than 13 years of efforts, China and ASEAN rapid development of regional economic integration in the more effective areas: trade, finance and investment. But is this process really what it looks like? At what stage should the process be positioned? Although many relevant research materials can be consulted, most of them are only qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis is not much. In this paper, the author tries to establish a new set of evaluation indicators to measure the development of regional economic integration, to explore the future development prospects of China and ASEAN. The new indicators include trade, finance and investment, and measuring regional economic integration between China and ASEAN is a new measure. The content framework of this paper is arranged as follows: the first chapter is the introduction of the introduction part, which includes four sections: the background and significance of the topic; the current research situation at home and abroad; the research ideas and structure arrangements; the research methods and shortcomings of this paper. The second chapter is to introduce the meaning of the region, and expand to the essential connotation of regional economic integration, plus the theory of correlation. Two parts are introduced, one is the meaning and development of regional economic integration, the other is the correlation theory of regional economic integration. The third chapter expounds the causes and problems of the regional economic integration between China and ASEAN. From the angle of economy and culture, this paper explains the causes of the formation of regional economic integration, and then analyzes the problems it faces. The fourth chapter discusses a new set of indicators to measure the regional economic integration between China and ASEAN. This paper first describes the index and calculation method of measuring regional economic integration, calculates the related indexes of trade, finance and investment by using this method, and then analyzes the development process of regional economic integration according to the result of calculation. The fifth chapter is to explore the prospect of China and ASEAN in promoting regional economic integration.
