全国城市一卡通互联互通数据平台设计与实现

【摘要】：“城市一卡通”数据平台是一种利用后台软件系统对卡片数据进行清算并管理的信息管理系统。它使用大型计算机网络系统作为平台，使用集成电路卡存储个人信息，通过POS终端设备存储和处理IC卡的消费数据，广泛应用在城市公用事业的收费与运营管理上，应用范围包括公交、地铁、出租车、自行车、水电煤气和公园等领域。如今，全国所有直辖市、90%以上省会城市和110多个地级城市已经全部建立了符合住房和城乡建设部标准的城市交通一卡通系统，当前，伴随我国经济的持续增长，发达经济地区呈现出区域经济一体化的融合趋势，，在各区域经济联系更加紧密、人员交往更加频繁和城乡一体化发展持续加速的大背景下，城市交通一卡通作为现代服务业的重要组成部分，其应用范围上的跨城市、跨区域、甚至于全国应用面临巨大挑战，这已经阻碍了城市一卡通服务应用的进一步发展，同时，我国各类快速交通、城际交通系统的加快建设使得人员交流更加密集，城市集群现象日益增多，从立足民生、提升城市公共服务水平的角度出发，城市交通一卡通的异地通用问题亟待解决，不同城市交通一卡通系统之间的互联互通成为未来发展的趋势。本论文针对当前国内城市一卡通系统发展的现状，提出了全国城市一卡通系统的互联互通的解决方案。本方案通过建立中心-区域中心-城市一卡通运营单位的三级服务架构，规范城市一卡通系统的卡片选型、界定一卡通系统应用范围，以及构架全国城市一卡通系统国家级交易清分结算系统，确保全国城市一卡通跨城市、跨区域标准统一、消费交易流程一致、交易安全可靠、消费数据统一，以及清分清算准确可靠。本论文还采用采用红帽操作系统、Oracle10g数据库，以及C++和F2EE开发环境对全国城市一卡通互联互通数据中心予以了具体实现。作为“智慧城市”建设的重要部分，建立科学的、完善的、安全的全国城市一卡通互联互通系统，对于促进综合城市管理水平的提高、促进各方资源的整合、不断提升人民的满意程度具有重要的意义。
[Abstract]:The "City Card" data platform is an information management system which uses the background software system to clear and manage the card data. It uses the mainframe computer network system as the platform, uses the integrated circuit card to store the personal information, stores and processes the IC card consumption data through the POS terminal equipment, widely applies in the city public utility charge and the operation management. Applications include public transport, subways, taxis, bicycles, utilities and gas and parks. Today, more than 90 percent of the provincial capitals of all municipalities directly under the Central Government and more than 110 prefecture-level cities have all set up an urban transportation card system that meets the standards of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction. At present, with the sustained economic growth of our country, Developed economic regions show a trend of integration of regional economy. Under the background of closer regional economic ties, more frequent personnel exchanges and a sustained acceleration of the development of urban and rural integration, As an important part of the modern service industry, the application of urban transportation card across cities, regions and even the whole country is facing great challenges, which has hindered the further development of urban card service application, at the same time, All kinds of rapid transportation in China, the rapid construction of intercity transportation system makes the exchange of people more intensive, the phenomenon of urban cluster is increasing day by day, from the point of view of standing on the people's livelihood and improving the level of urban public service, The common problem of urban transportation card is urgent to be solved, and the interconnection between different urban transportation card systems becomes the trend of future development. In view of the current situation of the development of urban one-card system in China, this paper puts forward a solution to the interconnection of the national one-card system. Through establishing the three-level service structure of the center-regional-center-urban one-card operation unit, the scheme standardizes the card selection of the urban one-card system, and defines the application scope of the one-card system. As well as establishing a national system of urban one-card system, a state-level transaction clearing and clearing system, to ensure the cross-city, cross-regional standards, consistent flow of consumer transactions, safe and reliable transactions, and unified consumption data. And the liquidation is accurate and reliable. In this paper, the red hat operating system, Oracle10g database, and C and F2EE development environment are also used to implement the national urban one-card interconnection data center. As an important part of the construction of "smart city", the establishment of a scientific, perfect and secure national urban one-card interconnection system will promote the improvement of the level of integrated urban management and the integration of various resources. It is of great significance to continuously improve the satisfaction of the people.
