金融资源流动壁垒研究

【摘要】：目前，我国区域经济发展存在欠均衡的问题，金融产业发展水平差距较大的现象在其中尤显突出。事实上，我国各大都市圈区域内及区域间都存在金融资源分布失衡现象，这必然会加剧区域经济的失衡发展，威胁国民经济的可持续增长，因此迫切需要使金融资源在更广泛的范围内自由流动。然而客观存在着一些因素导致我国城市之间存在较多壁垒，，严重阻碍了金融资源的区位自由流动，影响金融一体化的进程进而阻碍经济一体化长期目标的实现。在中国的区域经济发展格局中，京津冀都市圈是较早提出区域合作的都市圈，但也是目前进程最为缓慢和艰难的。本文以京津冀都市圈为样本，首先选取适当指标对各城市金融资源加以度量，分析其分布特征，同时基于动态层次分析城市间金融资源流动渠道与效率；其次，在前文有关金融资源流动现状的实证研究基础上，得出在金融资源流动的过程中确实存在阻碍因素即壁垒，总结现实中金融资源流动壁垒的四种类别，并对壁垒的形成机理进行分析；最后，提出消除金融资源流动壁垒的若干建议，并与金融一体化客观实践相结合，分析适合我国区域特色的金融一体化发展路径。
[Abstract]:At present, the regional economic development of our country has the problem of unbalance, especially the phenomenon of great disparity in the development level of financial industry. In fact, the imbalance in the distribution of financial resources exists in and among the metropolitan areas of China, which will inevitably aggravate the unbalanced development of regional economy and threaten the sustainable growth of the national economy. There is therefore an urgent need for financial resources to flow freely on a broader scale. However, there are some factors that lead to the existence of more barriers between cities in China, which seriously hinder the free flow of financial resources, affect the process of financial integration and then hinder the realization of the long-term goal of economic integration. In the pattern of regional economic development in China, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan area is the one that put forward the regional cooperation earlier, but it is also the slowest and most difficult process at present. Taking the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan area as a sample, this paper first selects appropriate indicators to measure the financial resources of each city, analyzes their distribution characteristics, and analyzes the flow channels and efficiency of inter-city financial resources based on the dynamic hierarchy analysis. On the basis of the previous empirical research on the current situation of financial resource flow, the author draws a conclusion that there are indeed obstacles in the process of financial resource flow, that is, barriers, and summarizes the four types of barriers to the flow of financial resources in reality. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions to eliminate the barriers to the flow of financial resources, and combines with the objective practice of financial integration to analyze the development path of financial integration suitable for the regional characteristics of our country.
