社会劳动关系风险度对江苏省区域经济增长的影响

【摘要】：本文从社会救济福利事业支出、工会、职工平均工资、失业参保人数、失业人数、劳动争议处理收案个数六方面,初步构建社会劳动关系风险度评价指标,并以江苏2001-2014年统计数据为基础,运用多元回归分析方法,实证研究社会劳动关系风险度对江苏区域经济增长的影响,得出其不同构成因素对江苏区域经济增长影响程度不同,并分析了其差别化的原因,提出相应策略和建议。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the social welfare expenses, trade unions, average wages of workers, the number of unemployed people participating in insurance, the number of unemployed people, the number of cases of labor dispute settlement are six aspects, and the evaluation index of risk degree of social labor relations is preliminarily constructed. Based on the statistical data of Jiangsu Province from 2001 to 2014, this paper empirically studies the influence of social labor relationship risk on Jiangsu regional economic growth by using the method of multiple regression analysis, and finds out that different factors have different influence on Jiangsu regional economic growth. The reasons of its differentiation are analyzed, and the corresponding strategies and suggestions are put forward.
