【摘要】：正当前,资源型企业不可避免地遭受了资源储量的逐渐枯竭,环境污染加剧,开发成本不断上升,竞争力被严重削弱,技术管理水平不高等困难和挑战。而资源型企业在我国建设小康社会的进程中,担负着保障国家能源安全的重大责任,所在区域是物质财富、精神财富高度聚集的场所,对区域经济和社会发展发挥着巨大的带动作用。因此,资源型企业能否成功转型升级,直接关系到国家能源安全与社会经济的持续健康发展。长庆油田作为我国
