辽宁省大学—产业合作创新的耦合性研究

【摘要】:大学与产业是区域创新体系中最重要的创新主体。大学培养人才、传承知识、创新科技。产业是创新的源头,为创新提供方向、资金支持等。大学与产业各自拥有众多的创新资源,,在创新能力方面具有各自的特点。随着经济、社会的发展以及创新难度与强度的增加,大学与产业的合作创新已经成为创新的重要形式之一。大学和产业的合作创新,可有效推动大学和产业的发展,是构建同区域经济社会发展需求相适应的区域创新体系的核心。因此,如何正确认识大学-产业合作创新特点,充分发挥大学和产业的创新优势,有效促进大学与产业的合作创新水平,以构建有竞争力的大学-产业合作创新系统,从而推动大学与产业的发展,使大学与产业在区域创新中发挥更大作用,就成为我国在大学-产业合作创新研究和实践上亟需解决的问题。 辽宁省作为我国重要的老工业基地,这些问题尤为显著。近年来,辽宁省面临着产业升级和创新发展的巨大压力和历史机遇。如何通过大学-产业合作创新提升大学和产业创新水平,拉动辽宁区域经济社会发展成为国内关注的重点。本文借鉴国内外的研究成果,在区域创新体系的背景下,引进系统耦合理论与方法,采用理论研究与实证分析相结合、定量研究与定性研究相结合的方式,从系统耦合性角度,对大学-产业合作创新问题进行系统分析。具体包括如下几方面的研究内容:(1)大学-产业合作创新耦合性的理论分析。从系统耦合角度,解释大学与产业合作创新耦合性的基本内涵;阐述大学-产业合作创新耦合影响因素、耦合实现形式及耦合整体结构。(2)基于耦合度的大学-产业合作创新耦合性的评价。设计大学-产业合作创新耦合度评价方法体系,将大学-产业合作创新的耦合度界定为耦合协调度和耦合紧密度的综合度量,运用灰色关联法和线性加权法,反映大学-产业合作创新耦合性。(3)对辽宁省大学-产业合作创新耦合发展现状进行实证研究。基于大学-产业合作创新耦合性理论分析,对辽宁省大学-产业合作创新耦合主体的创新能力及耦合特征、耦合客体关联程度及耦合特性、耦合外部环境发展和耦合实现形式的演变特点进行分析,总结辽宁省大学-产业合作创新的特征,提出辽宁省大学-产业合作创新中存在的问题。(4)结合辽宁省大学-产业合作创新的实际情况,采用数据资料统计分析方法,对辽宁省大学-产业合作创新耦合协调度、耦合紧密度、耦合度与耦合度影响因素进行实证评价,深入剖析辽宁省大学-产业合作创新中存在的问题。 本文的创新之处主要有三点:一是在区域创新体系与大学-产业合作创新研究的基础上,引进系统耦合理论与方法,构建大学-产业合作创新耦合性理论分析架构。提出大学-产业合作创新耦合性是大学-产业合作创新协调性和大学-产业合作创新紧密性的综合反映,并对大学-产业合作创新耦合性的影响因素和大学-产业合作创新耦合实现形式进行分析。二在大学-产业合作创新耦合性理论分析的基础上,从耦合度的视角,对大学-产业合作创新耦合性进行评价。以往的研究单从耦合协调度角度对耦合度进行量化分析。本文将耦合度界定为耦合协调度和耦合紧密度的综合度量,对大学-产业合作创新的耦合性进行定量评价。三是根据以上研究,分析辽宁省大学-产业合作创新耦合发展现状,包括辽宁省大学和产业的创新能力及耦合特征,辽宁省大学-产业合作创新耦合客体的关联性及耦合特性,辽宁省大学-产业合作创新耦合外部环境的发展和辽宁省大学-产业合作创新耦合实现形式的演变特点。同时,基于耦合度评价方法体系,对辽宁省大学-产业合作创新耦合协调度、耦合紧密度和耦合度进行实证评价,借此从定量角度评价辽宁省大学-产业合作创新对大学和产业创新发展的影响,分析其中存在的问题,为提高辽宁省乃至我国其他地区的创新水平提供有意义的理论和实践指导。
