电气自动化技术专业“3C→E人才培养模式”的构建与实践

【摘要】：人才培养模式改革是提高职业教育质量的重要基础,也是职业院校适应社会发展和提炼办学特色的内在需要。昆明冶金高等专科学校紧紧围绕电气自动化技术行业发展需要,结合区域经济特点、企业利益和学校实际,与西门子(中国)公司、后藤电子(上海)公司开展校企合作,以电气自动化技术专业为载体进行探索,逐步构建了"3C→E人才培养模式"。本文阐述了对该模式的构建与实践,并对该模式的创新点和应用效果进行了总结。
[Abstract]:The reform of talent training mode is an important basis for improving the quality of vocational education, and is also the inherent need for vocational colleges to adapt to the social development and refine the characteristics of running schools. Kunming Metallurgical College closely revolves around the needs of the development of electrical automation technology industry, combines the characteristics of regional economy, enterprise interests and school reality, and develops cooperation with Siemens (China) Company and Goto Electronics (Shanghai) Company. Based on the exploration of electrical automation technology specialty, the "3C E talent training mode" has been constructed step by step. This paper expounds the construction and practice of the model, and summarizes the innovation and application effect of the model.
