区域科技资源集聚与经济增长的关系研究
[Abstract]:The agglomeration of science and technology resources in some regions is an increasingly obvious social phenomenon with the development of economy and society. The new economic geography theory holds that the spatial agglomeration of factor resources will promote the regional economic growth through the factor economic agglomeration effect. As an important factor, scientific and technological resources will inevitably produce agglomeration effect, which will have an impact on regional economic growth. From the current situation of China's development, the imbalance of regional economic development is becoming more and more obvious, and scientific and technological resources play an important role in influencing the development of regional economy. This paper systematically analyzes the spatial distribution and agglomeration of regional scientific and technological resources, the relationship between the concentration of regional scientific and technological resources and the local economic growth and the economic growth of the surrounding areas, and the further development of the agglomeration of scientific and technological resources. The sustained and steady growth of the economy is of great significance. In this paper, a comprehensive measurement index system of scientific and technological resources agglomeration is first established. The degree of scientific and technological resources agglomeration in representative cities is determined from the two dimensions of land and population, and the score of scientific and technological resources agglomeration is calculated by factor analysis method. On the basis of factor analysis, the scientific and technological radiation pattern of the three economic circles of Yangtze River Delta, Bohai Rim and Pearl River Delta is analyzed by using Wilson model to calculate the region of scientific and technological radiation in central cities. Secondly, the present situation of the spatial distribution of scientific and technological resources in China is analyzed at the provincial and district levels, and the characteristics of the spatial distribution of scientific and technological resources in the three economic circles are investigated from the aspects of the main body of scientific and technological activities and the types of scientific and technological activities. Finally, in order to analyze the relationship between the agglomeration of scientific and technological resources and economic growth in the three economic circles, the narrow science and technology resource concentration of the central cities and the GDP growth rate of the provinces are taken as variables. This paper discusses the relationship between the agglomeration of scientific and technological resources in the central region and the local economy and the economic growth in the surrounding areas. The study shows that the Yangtze River Delta economic circle region has formed a multi-center radiation model. The Bohai Rim Economic Circle and the Pearl River Delta Economic Circle mainly rely on the radiation of key cities, but have not yet formed a pattern of sharing scientific and technological resources. The interaction between the three economic circles of science and technology radiation is poor. Nationwide, the priority degree of science and technology in eastern provinces and regions and the degree of science and technology concentration in the first city are obviously lower than those in the central and western regions, and the spatial distribution of scientific and technological resources is relatively balanced. The science and technology resources in the central and western regions are mainly concentrated in the first city. The gap between the scientific and technological strength of the provinces and autonomous regions is large. According to the relationship between the agglomeration of science and technology resources and economic growth in the three economic circles, the agglomeration of science and technology resources in Shanghai can promote the local economic growth of Shanghai, and at the same time, it has a certain radiation effect on the neighboring provinces of Zhejiang and Jiangsu. The agglomeration of scientific and technological resources in Beijing has yet to radiate the growth of the local economy and most of the surrounding areas. There is a two-way causality between the agglomeration of science and technology resources and Guangdong's economic growth.
