基于AHP-FCE的科技园区可持续发展能力评价--以广东省科技园区为例

【摘要】:从可持续发展的角度阐述科技园区可持续发展能力的内涵,构建科技园区可持续发展能力评价指标体系,运用层次分析-模糊综合评价(AHP-FCE)方法建立科技园区可持续发展能力评价模型,对广东省15个城市科技园区的可持续发展能力进行定性和定量评价。评价结果显示:粤东西科技园区的可持续发展能力总体上远远落后于珠三角城市科技园区,粤东3个城市科技园区的可持续发展能力略高于粤西3个城市科技园区。提出采取产业转移和劳动力转移、创新驱动、产业集聚及营造良好环境等措施实现广东省科技园区的协调和可持续发展。
[Abstract]:From the angle of sustainable development, the connotation of sustainable development ability of science and technology park is expounded, and the evaluation index system of sustainable development ability of science and technology park is constructed. The evaluation model of sustainable development ability of science and technology park is established by using the method of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (AHP-FCE). The sustainable development ability of 15 cities in Guangdong Province is evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively. The evaluation results show that the sustainable development ability of the East-West Science and Technology Park in Guangdong Province is far behind that of the Pearl River Delta Urban Science and Technology Park on the whole, and the sustainable development ability of the three urban science and technology parks in the east of Guangdong is slightly higher than that in the west of Guangdong. Some measures, such as industrial transfer and labor force transfer, innovation driving, industrial agglomeration and creating a good environment, are proposed to realize the coordination and sustainable development of Guangdong Science and Technology Park.
