我国橡胶产业集群化成长路径研究

【摘要】：产业集群已经成为当今世界一种主流经济现象，在世界经济发展中的地位日益提升。世界各地通过发展具有区域竞争优势的特色产业集群，形成强劲的地区或国际竞争优势，极大地带动了区域经济的发展与创新。橡胶产业是国民经济发展中的重要产业，我国的橡胶产业大而不强，与发达国家相比还存在较大差距。以集群化成长的方式带动我国橡胶产业转型升级,对我国橡胶产业国际竞争力的提升具有重要的理论与现实意义。 本文以产业集群化成长为切入点,运用产业集群理论、区域创新系统理论、全球价值链理论等经济学、管理学及化工技术与经济的相关理论与方法，分析了我国橡胶产业集群化成长的动因与条件，，同时还在对我国橡胶产业发展历程回顾的基础上，对我国橡胶产业发展趋势进行了预测，从而得出了集群化成长是我国橡胶产业转型升级的必然选择的结论,并揭示了我国橡胶产业发展的历史进程与发展空间。论文在对橡胶产业集群化成长能力内涵与特征界定的基础之上，构建了橡胶产业集群化成长能力评价模型，并对我国橡胶产业集群化成长能力进行了实证分析，进而提出我国橡胶产业集群化成长的路径与对策建议。主要分为以下几个部分： 第一部分是绪论与理论基础。绪论介绍我国橡胶产业集群化成长路径研究的背景、目的与意义、国内外研究综述，并对本文的研究内容与创新点、研究方法与技术路线进行描述；理论基础部分先对相关概念进行了界定，再对产业集群理论、区域创新理论、全球价值链理论等基本理论进行了分析与研究，为后续的研究奠定了理论基础。 第二部分是我国橡胶产业集群化成长的动因与条件分析。通过对我国橡胶产业集群化成长的理论动因与现实动因的分析，得出集群化成长是我国橡胶产业转型升级的必然选择的结论；阐述了我国橡胶产业集群化成长的条件，为我国橡胶产业集群化成长路径的选择提供了现实基础。 第三部分是实证研究，包括两章内容。首先，对我国橡胶产业发展历程进行了分析，并运用灰色预测模型对我国橡胶产业发展的趋势进行了预测，揭示了我国橡胶产业发展的历史进程和发展空间。其次，对我国橡胶产业集群化成长能力进行了评价与分析，在对橡胶产业集群化成长能力内涵界定的基础上，构建了橡胶产业集群化成长能力的评价指标体系，利用搜集到的相关数据，运用多层次灰色关联度评价法对我国主要地区橡胶产业集群化成长能力进行了评价与分析，为准确把握我国橡胶产业集群化成长路径的优势与劣势提供了实证依据。 第四部分是应用研究，包括两章内容。首先指出了我国橡胶产业集群化成长的路径，在对我国橡胶产业集群化成长路径构建的总体思路阐述的基础上，提出了内生驱动与外部牵引“双动力”的我国橡胶产业集群化成长路径，即集群创新与嵌入全球价值链路线图。其次提出了我国橡胶产业集群化成长路径实施的对策建议，包括加强政策引导与扶持、完善基础设施建设、健全中介服务体系及推进人才队伍建设。 本文通过研究得到以下结论：我国橡胶产业发展正处在转型升级的关键阶段，走集群化成长道路是我国橡胶产业发展的必由之路。集群创新与嵌入全球价值链是我国橡胶产业集群转型升级的战略选择，政府的扶持和引导、社会化服务体系的完善以及集群基础设施、制度文化等外部环境的营造是我国橡胶产业集群成长的根本保障。
