高职专业结构设置与区域经济发展协调性问题的实证分析——以无锡市为例

【摘要】：针对高等职业教育专业结构与区域经济发展协调性问题,通过建立相关生产函数模型,以无锡市数据为分析对象进行了实证分析。首先根据理论模型,并结合实际分析对象提出了适合本文的分析模型,然后进行数据整理,最后对模型进行了回归分析。分析结果表明,无锡市高等职业教育近年来专业结构对地区经济发展是具有显著的正向影响作用,整体是合理的,但第二产业的人力资本除了数量上的提供,在技能水平、技术水平培养方面高职院校还有相当艰巨的重任。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of coordination between the professional structure of higher vocational education and the development of regional economy, this paper makes an empirical analysis on Wuxi data by establishing the relevant production function model. According to the theoretical model and the actual analysis object, this paper puts forward the analysis model suitable for this paper, then carries on the data collation, finally carries on the regression analysis to the model. The results show that the professional structure of higher vocational education in Wuxi has a significant positive effect on the regional economic development in recent years, and the whole is reasonable, but the human capital of the secondary industry is provided in the skill level in addition to the quantity. In terms of technical level training, higher vocational colleges still have a rather arduous task.
