中俄贸易发展研究

【摘要】：经济全球化的发展和深入,带动了区域经济一体化的发展,也为金砖核心国家的中俄贸易带来了新的机遇和挑战。两国之间得天独厚的地缘优势和资源互补等为两国贸易合作奠定了坚实的基础,同时也推动了两国间政治、文化、社会的合作发展,两国之间稳定而持续的亲密战略伙伴关系上升到了新的高度。中俄是世界上两个正在快速发展的经济贸易大国,两国贸易的发展对两国人民乃至世界贸易的发展具有重要意义。近年来中俄贸易取得了快速的发展,两国的双边贸易额不断攀升,截止到2015年底,中俄双边贸易额已达679.5亿美元,中俄贸易已成为中俄关系中十分重要的组成部分。中俄贸易的快速发展得益于中俄贸易的互补性,中俄两国在能源、原材料、机械运输设备等多个方面具有较强的互补性,这为中俄贸易的发展奠定了良好的基础。但是应该看到,目前中俄双边贸易额占中俄各自双边贸易总额的比重还很低,中俄贸易还有很大的潜力可挖,如何充分发挥中俄贸易的互补性以促进中俄贸易健康快速发展已成为中俄贸易研究的重要课题。本文首先考察了中俄贸易影响因素分析及必要性,即通过自然因素、政治因素、经济因素、社会文化因素等来阐述两国贸易关系的互补性以及两国贸易在本国中的重要性和必要性。其次分析了中俄贸易发展现状和特点,即中俄贸易发展进程、中俄贸易商品结构、中俄贸易结合度和产业内贸易指数等,以及中俄双边贸易的产业间互补性、非均衡性等。再次,分析了中俄贸易发展存在的问题,即贸易规模与质量还处于较低水平、贸易失衡现象严重、中俄双边贸易结合度较低、中俄产业内贸易水平较低等。最后提出了推动中俄贸易发展的对策建议,即扩大双方合作领域,加强合作力度、优化中俄贸易商品结构、加强人文交流与沟通以及旅游合作、以区域经贸合作作为突破口大力发展中俄贸易等。
[Abstract]:The development and deepening of economic globalization have promoted the development of regional economic integration and brought new opportunities and challenges to the Sino-Russian trade of BRICS core countries. The unique geographical advantages and complementary resources between the two countries have laid a solid foundation for trade cooperation between the two countries, and at the same time have promoted the development of cooperation in politics, culture and society between the two countries. The steady and sustained strategic partnership between the two countries has risen to a new level. China and Russia are two major economic and trade countries which are developing rapidly in the world. The development of trade between the two countries is of great significance to the development of trade between the two countries and even the world. In recent years, Sino-Russian trade has made rapid development, and the bilateral trade volume between the two countries has been rising continuously. By the end of 2015, the bilateral trade volume between China and Russia has reached 67.95 billion US dollars, and Sino-Russian trade has become a very important part of Sino-Russian relations. The rapid development of Sino-Russian trade benefits from the complementarity of Sino-Russian trade. China and Russia have strong complementarities in many aspects, such as energy, raw materials, mechanical transport equipment, etc. This has laid a good foundation for the development of Sino-Russian trade. However, it should be noted that at present, the proportion of bilateral trade volume between China and Russia to the total bilateral trade between China and Russia is still very low, and Sino-Russian trade still has a lot of potential to tap. How to give full play to the complementarity of Sino-Russian trade to promote the healthy and rapid development of Sino-Russian trade has become an important issue in Sino-Russian trade research. This paper first examines the analysis and necessity of Sino-Russian trade impact factors, that is, through natural factors, political factors, economic factors, Social and cultural factors to explain the complementarity of trade relations between the two countries and the importance and necessity of trade between the two countries in their own countries. Secondly, it analyzes the current situation and characteristics of Sino-Russian trade development, that is, Sino-Russian trade development process, Sino-Russian trade commodity structure, Sino-Russian trade combination and intra-industry trade index, as well as inter-industry complementarity and imbalance of Sino-Russian bilateral trade. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of Sino-Russian trade, that is, the scale and quality of trade is still at a low level, the trade imbalance is serious, the degree of bilateral trade between China and Russia is low, and the level of intra-industry trade between China and Russia is low, and so on. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to promote the development of Sino-Russian trade, that is, to expand the field of cooperation between the two countries, to strengthen cooperation, to optimize the structure of Sino-Russian trade and commodities, to strengthen people-to-people exchanges and communication, and to cooperate in tourism Regional economic and trade cooperation as a breakthrough point to vigorously develop Sino-Russian trade and so on.
