环北部湾地区省级党报经济报道对比研究

【摘要】：随着十八届三中全会的召开，新型城镇化和区域经济发展战略逐渐成为打造未来中国“经济升级版”的助推器。环北部湾地区的广西北部湾经济区与海南国际旅游岛的发展都已上升为国家战略，广东省继续发挥中国经济动力引擎的作用，区域协调发展成为华南经济带的一大亮点。在此背景下，经济报道逐渐成为当地受众关注的焦点，媒体也在大力地抢占经济报道的舆论引导权。深入对比研究该地区省级党报经济报道的发展状况，能更好地明晰我国各个发展阶段的省级党报经济报道的生存现状，为增强经济报道舆论引导力添砖加瓦、贡献绵薄之力。 本文从环北部湾地区省级三党报经济报道相关数据对比入手，以2013年全年的经济报道为样本，对省级三党报的媒介内外生态环境、经济报道的数量、消息来源、报道时效、版面设置等相关数据进行分析比较，结合定量分析与从业人员访谈等方式，试图呈现出环北部湾地区省级党报经济报道的现状与存在的问题，探索未来省级党报经济报道的升级之路。 在分析相关数据、明晰环北部湾地区省级党报经济报道基本现状的基础上，结合新媒介时代报业发展的时代要求，笔者总结了省级三党报发展中一些成功的经验与存在的不足，，并从业务操作、版面编排、报道理念等方面全方位的提出拓展经济报道的信源、提升经济报道的版面设置、坚持经济报道的多元视角、坚持经济报道领域的平衡报道、坚持国际国内重大经济报道的本地化解读方向、增强经济报道的时效性、权威性等方面的建议，试图为中国各个发展阶段的省级党报经济报道提供理论和业务实操上可借鉴的演进对策与操作规范。
[Abstract]:With the convening of the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the new urbanization and regional economic development strategy have gradually become the booster of building the future "economic upgrading version" of China. The development of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone and Hainan International Tourism Island around Beibu Gulf has become a national strategy. Guangdong Province continues to play the role of China's economic power engine, and regional coordinated development has become a bright spot in South China economic belt. In this context, economic reports have gradually become the focus of attention of the local audience, and the media are also vigorously seizing the right of public opinion to guide economic reports. A deep comparative study on the development of the economic reports of the provincial party newspapers in this area can better clarify the living situation of the economic reports of the provincial party newspapers at various stages of development in our country, and contribute to strengthening the guidance of the public opinion of the economic reports. This paper starts with the comparison of the relevant data of the economic reports of the provincial three-party newspapers around the Beibu Gulf, and takes the economic reports of the whole year of 2013 as a sample to analyze the ecological environment inside and outside the media, the number of economic reports, the sources of information and the prescription of the reports. Based on the analysis and comparison of layout and other relevant data, combined with quantitative analysis and employee interviews, this paper tries to present the present situation and existing problems of provincial party newspaper economic reports around Beibu Gulf. Explore the way to upgrade the economic reports of provincial party newspapers in the future. Based on the analysis of the relevant data and the clarification of the basic situation of the economic reports of the provincial party newspapers around the Beibu Gulf, and combined with the requirements of the times of the development of the newspaper industry in the new media era, the author sums up some successful experiences and shortcomings in the development of the provincial three party newspapers. From the aspects of business operation, layout, reporting concept and so on, this paper puts forward to expand the source of economic report, improve the layout of economic report, adhere to the pluralistic perspective of economic report, and adhere to the balanced report in the field of economic reporting. We should adhere to the direction of local interpretation of major international and domestic economic reports, strengthen the timeliness and authority of economic reports, and so on. This paper attempts to provide the evolution countermeasures and operational norms for the theory and business practice of the provincial party newspaper economic reports in each stage of development in China.
