南平市农业科技水平评估与对策研究

【摘要】:南平市是福建省重要的农业产区,具有得天独厚的农业优势。在三次产业构成中,南平市的农业产值占地区总产值的比重为全省最高。研究南平市农业科技与农业经济方面的问题,具有重要的现实意义。 本文以南平市农业科技为研究对象,在阐述了研究背景与研究现状的前提下,通过文献法、访谈法、问卷调查法和实证分析法等科研方法,在借鉴国内外相关学者已有研究成果的基础上,分别阐述了农业科技理论、区域经济理论、农业科技对区域经济发展的影响,为构建南平市农业科技水平评估体系奠定了理论基础。然后按照农业科技的产生过程和德尔菲法,确定了农业科技水平评估的一级指标和二级指标,然后运用层次分析法与权值因子判断表法计算了各级指标的权重,并通过了一致性检验。运用我们构建的南平市农业科技水平评估体系测量南平市农业科技水平,仅相当于全省平均水平的68.22%。提高南平市农业科技水平,从定量分析的基础上,应该对农业科技开发与产业化领域各投入50%的资源,能够使南平农业科技获得最大为36.5%的收益。除此之外,还应该大力发展农业高等教育,科学管理农业科技领域投资,构建农业科技推广体系,建设农业科技创新环境。 当然,南平市的经济发展与工业化水平、城市化水平、自然资源禀赋、资本、人口数量与素质等多个方面存在相关关系,要实现南平经济持续健康发展,还必须做全盘的考虑。
[Abstract]:Nanping City is an important agricultural production area in Fujian Province, which has unique agricultural advantages. Among the three industries, the proportion of agricultural output value in the total output value of Nanping City is the highest in the whole province. It is of great practical significance to study the problems of agricultural science and technology and agricultural economy in Nanping City. This paper takes agricultural science and technology in Nanping City as the research object, on the premise of expounding the research background and present situation, through literature method, interview method, questionnaire survey method and empirical analysis method. On the basis of drawing lessons from the existing research results of relevant scholars at home and abroad, this paper expounds the theory of agricultural science and technology, the theory of regional economy and the influence of agricultural science and technology on the development of regional economy. It lays a theoretical foundation for the construction of agricultural science and technology level evaluation system in Nanping City. Then, according to the production process of agricultural science and technology and Delphi method, the first and second indexes of agricultural science and technology level evaluation are determined, and then the weight of all levels of indicators is calculated by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and weight factor judgment table method. And passed the consistency test. The evaluation system of agricultural science and technology level in Nanping City is used to measure the level of agricultural science and technology in Nanping City, which is only 68.22% of the average level of the whole province. On the basis of quantitative analysis, 50% resources should be invested in the development and industrialization of agricultural science and technology to improve the level of agricultural science and technology in Nanping City, so that the maximum benefit of agricultural science and technology in Nanping can be 36.5%. In addition, we should also vigorously develop agricultural higher education, scientifically manage investment in agricultural science and technology, construct agricultural science and technology extension system, and build agricultural science and technology innovation environment. Of course, there is a correlation between economic development and industrialization level, urbanization level, natural resource endowment, capital, population quantity and quality in Nanping City. In order to realize the sustained and healthy development of Nanping economy, we must also make a comprehensive consideration.
