长沙市农村居民消费结构升级研究

【摘要】：在经历了2008年的世界金融危机和2009年的欧债危机之后,我国经济面临着前所未有的投资及出口增速下降等问题,经济增长进入了新常态。内需不足,特别是广大农村居民消费水平明显偏低,消费结构严重落后,致使我国经济增长放缓已成必然。在统筹城乡一体化发展的时代背景下,提高农村经济发展水平,促进农村居民消费发展显得十分的必要。因此对农村居民消费结构变动及其影响因素的深入研究,是实现农村居民消费结构升级以及区域经济增长的重要途径；也为加快社会主义新农村建设,实现区域城乡经济协调发展提供战略选择。论文以现代经济学、统计学、人口学和计量经济学等多学科理论为指导,综合使用定性和定量分析的研究方法,以消费结构为切入点,以长沙市农村居民为依托,利用时间序列动态、截面数据静态和截面数据静态对比等研究手段,对长沙市农村居民消费结构进行了全面系统的研究。论文从扩大内需、全面建设社会主义新农村以及小康社会的背景下,通过系统地剖析和评价改革开放以来长沙市农村居民消费结构的演化轨迹、影响和制约其发展的宏观及微观因素确定论文研究的背景；把完善和丰富长沙市居民消费结作为论文的研究目的。然后,通过在查阅、收集和整理学者们关于农村居民消费结构升级相关概念、消费结构与经济增长之间的关系为农村居民消费结构升级奠定理论基础。其次,对长沙市农村居民2003-2012年消费结构演变轨迹进行了剖析和阶段划分,主要从长沙市农村居民的生活消费支出分析着手,分析了食品、衣着、居住、家庭设备用品、交通及通讯消费、文化教育娱乐、医疗保健等八个方面分析了农村居民消费结构的现状,再次,从收入的角度分析了长沙市农村居民消费结构升级的影响因素,并认为在纯收入不断增加的情况下,长沙市农村居民的消费主要集中在：食品消费、居住消费、文化娱乐及服务消费和医疗保健消费等方面。最后,从有效提高农村居民收入、合理提升农村居民自身素质以及合理调整农村产业结构,积极拓展农村消费市场等方面提出促进长沙市农村居民消费结构升级的建议。
[Abstract]:After the world financial crisis in 2008 and the European debt crisis in 2009, China's economy is facing unprecedented problems such as the decline of investment and export growth, and economic growth has entered the new normal. The shortage of domestic demand, especially the low consumption level of rural residents and the serious backwardness of consumption structure, have made it inevitable that the economic growth of our country will slow down. Under the background of the integrated development of urban and rural areas, it is very necessary to improve the level of rural economic development and promote the development of rural residents' consumption. Therefore, the in-depth study of the change of rural residents' consumption structure and its influencing factors is an important way to realize the upgrading of rural residents' consumption structure and regional economic growth. It also provides a strategic choice for speeding up the construction of new socialist countryside and realizing the coordinated development of regional urban and rural economy. Under the guidance of modern economics, statistics, demography and econometrics, this paper comprehensively uses the research methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis, takes the consumption structure as the breakthrough point, and relies on the rural residents of Changsha City. This paper makes a comprehensive and systematic study on the consumption structure of rural residents in Changsha City by means of time series dynamics, static cross section data and static comparison of cross section data. Under the background of expanding domestic demand, building a new socialist countryside and a well-off society in an all-round way, this paper systematically analyzes and evaluates the evolution track of the consumption structure of rural residents in Changsha City since the reform and opening up. The macro and micro factors that affect and restrict its development determine the background of the paper. The purpose of this paper is to perfect and enrich the consumption knot of Changsha residents. Then, through consulting, collecting and sorting out the related concepts of rural residents' consumption structure upgrading, the relationship between consumption structure and economic growth lays a theoretical foundation for the upgrading of rural residents' consumption structure. Secondly, the evolution track of consumption structure of rural residents in Changsha from 2003 to 2012 is analyzed and divided, mainly from the analysis of living consumption expenditure of rural residents in Changsha, and the food, clothing, housing, household equipment and supplies are analyzed. This paper analyzes the present situation of rural residents' consumption structure in eight aspects, such as transportation and communication consumption, culture, education and entertainment, and medical and health care. Thirdly, it analyzes the influencing factors of the upgrading of rural residents' consumption structure in Changsha from the point of view of income. Under the condition of increasing net income, the consumption of rural residents in Changsha City is mainly concentrated in food consumption, residential consumption, cultural entertainment and service consumption and medical and health care consumption and so on. Finally, from the aspects of effectively improving the income of rural residents, reasonably improving the quality of rural residents, reasonably adjusting the rural industrial structure, and actively expanding the rural consumer market, this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the upgrading of rural residents' consumption structure in Changsha.
