【摘要】:中国铁路"走出去"步伐明显加快,已上升为国家战略,但人才的培养培训却未能跟上中国铁路"走出去"的步伐,已成为制约其进一步发展的关键因素。立足中国铁路"走出去"的人才培养培训问题,分析中国铁路"走出去"人才培养培训的战略目标、应坚持的三个原则和须践行的三个步骤,并在此基础上,阐释了中国铁路"走出去"面临的三大主要任务。从形成两大机制、组建一盟一会、布局三类基地、创新培养模式和构建两大平台五个方面,系统提出了中国铁路"走出去"人才培养培训的战略对策。
[Abstract]:Chinese Railway "going out" significantly accelerated the pace has risen as a national strategy, but the cultivation of talents training Chinese railway has failed to keep up with the pace of "going out", has become a key factor restricting its further development. Based on the China Railway "going out" talent training problems, analysis of China Railway "going out" the strategy of talent training target training, three principles and three steps to practice, and on this basis, explains the China Railway "going out" facing three major tasks. From the formation of the two mechanisms, set up a League for a while, the layout of three bases, five aspects and the construction of innovation culture mode two platforms, Chinese railway system put forward the strategy of "going out" strategy of training talents.
