【摘要】:辽宁省作为老工业基地,在经济增长的同时消耗了大量的化石能源,导致碳排放量的增多,因此本文以辽宁省为背景研究低碳经济发展水平以及碳排放影响因素。首先本文从辽宁省低碳经济发展的背景及意义入手,详细论述目前关于低碳经济发展的现状。在参考了多位学者的研究成果以及相关的理论基础上,提出论文的研究方法、阐述研究内容及研究重点等等。然后从能源消耗、低碳发展以及经济发展等系统揭示辽宁省目前的低碳经济发展状状,进而说明辽宁省低碳经济发展的必要性。文章首先运用可变模糊识别模型从能源消耗、低碳发展、技术投入、环境保护以及经济发展五个系统从辽宁省2003年到2013年的14个地区进行低碳经济发展水平评价,并运用ArcGIS进行空间分析,结果表明辽宁省的低碳经济发展水平从2003年的2.8759提升到2013年的3.0166,由中碳偏高水平升高至中碳发展水平,并且沿海地区的低碳经济发展水平高于内陆地区,虽然如此,但是各个地区的发展水平不均,营口、沈阳、大连、丹东和葫芦岛的低碳发展水平较高,朝阳、抚顺、辽阳以及本溪的低碳经济发展水平较低,在2003年仅有葫芦岛和丹东处在中碳水平,其它地区处于中碳偏高水平;到了 2013年大部分地区处在中碳水平;各个子系统对低碳经济发展影响也不同,低碳发展、能源消耗以及经济发展系统对低碳经济发展影响较为显著,而环境及技术投入系统对低碳经济发展影响较小,变化不明显。最后对辽宁省的低碳经济发展进行原因剖析,首先运用SBM模型对辽宁省各市碳排放的效率进行实证分析,并通过基尼系数及变异系数的方法研究辽宁省碳排放效率的发展过程和趋势,结果表明:辽宁省的碳排放效率地区发展不平衡,沈阳的碳排放效率始终最高,锦州、丹东、大连和鞍山的碳排放效率水平较高,而朝阳的碳排放效率较低,同时朝阳市的低碳经济发展水平也较低,因此碳排放效率会影响低碳经济的发展;总体上各城市的碳排放效率差距逐渐在缩小,碳排放效率水平中部地区高于东南部高于西北地区;碳排放的影响因素中经济发展以及能源消耗对碳排放的影响较大。
[Abstract]:Liaoning Province, as an old industrial base, consumes a lot of fossil energy at the same time of economic growth, resulting in the increase of carbon emissions. Therefore, this paper takes Liaoning Province as the background to study the development level of low-carbon economy and carbon emission factors. Firstly, this paper starts with the background and significance of the development of low-carbon economy in Liaoning Province. The current development of low-carbon economy is discussed in detail. Based on the research results of many scholars and related theories, this paper puts forward the research methods. Then from the energy consumption, low-carbon development and economic development and other systems to reveal the characteristics of low-carbon economic development in Liaoning Province. Then explains the necessity of the development of low-carbon economy in Liaoning Province. Firstly, the paper uses the variable fuzzy identification model from energy consumption, low-carbon development, technical input. Five systems of environmental protection and economic development were used to evaluate the development level of low-carbon economy in 14 regions from 2003 to 2013 in Liaoning Province, and spatial analysis was carried out by using ArcGIS. The results showed that the development level of low-carbon economy in Liaoning Province increased from 2.8759 in 2003 to 3.0166 in 2013, rising from the high level of medium carbon to the level of development of medium carbon. And the development level of low-carbon economy in coastal areas is higher than that in inland areas, but the development level of each region is uneven, Yingkou, Shenyang, Dalian, Dandong and Huludao low carbon development level is higher, sunrise. The development level of low-carbon economy in Fushun, Liaoyang and Benxi was relatively low. In 2003, only Huludao and Dandong were in medium carbon level, while other areas were on the high side of medium carbon level. By 2013, most areas were at medium carbon level; Different subsystems have different impacts on the development of low-carbon economy. Low-carbon development, energy consumption and economic development system have a significant impact on low-carbon economic development. The environmental and technical input system has little impact on the development of low-carbon economy, and the change is not obvious. Finally, the reasons for the development of low-carbon economy in Liaoning Province are analyzed. Firstly, we use SBM model to analyze the efficiency of carbon emission in Liaoning Province, and study the development process and trend of carbon emission efficiency in Liaoning Province by Gini coefficient and coefficient of variation. The results show that the development of carbon emission efficiency in Liaoning Province is unbalanced, the carbon emission efficiency of Shenyang is always the highest, the level of carbon emission efficiency of Jinzhou, Dandong, Dalian and Anshan is higher, while that of Chaoyang is low. At the same time, the development level of low-carbon economy in Chaoyang City is also low, so the efficiency of carbon emission will affect the development of low-carbon economy. On the whole, the difference of carbon emission efficiency among cities is gradually narrowing, and the level of carbon emission efficiency in the central region is higher than that in the southeast region and in the northwest region. Economic development and energy consumption have great influence on carbon emissions.
