【摘要】：经济增长是每个国家都关注的问题,经济增长包括经济增长数量和经济增长质量。但是对于经济增长数量的过分重视,使经济增长质量在很长时间内被忽视。经济增长质量是经济增长的重要内容,是经济发展健康与否的重要体现,是每一个国家必须面对的问题。中国自社会主义市场经济以来经济虽保持高速增长,但环境污染、结构失调、分配不公、资源日益枯竭等问题日渐突出,日益显示出中国的经济增长质量与经济增长数量的不一致性。尽管有很多学者对经济增长质量进行研究,但就已有研究中,对于经济增长质量的内涵还没有提出明确和规范的定义,对于经济增长质量缺少深入的测度和研究。因此,本文尝试重新探讨经济增长质量的内涵,建立较为科学的评价指标体系,选择较为先进的方法对中国1992-2014年的经济增长质量水平进行评价和比较,从而展现中国经济增长质量水平现状,为更好地实现经济增长提供理论支撑。本文由五个章节构成。第一章为导论。主要阐述研究背景与意义,提出研究问题及思路,分析研究难点与可能的创新点,整理国内外文献。第二章为经济增长质量综合评价指标体系构建。在现有文献基础上,结合我国经济发展现状和自身理解展开对经济增长质量内涵的探讨,并围绕经济增长质量内涵,建立了包含经济潜力、经济稳定、资源环境、经济结构、金融发展、社会生活六方面的综合评价指标体系。第三章为经济增长质量的综合评价方法研究。本文提出先采用主成分分析法确定经济潜力指数、金融发展指数等影响经济增长质量六大方面指数的计算思路,再用基于遗传算法的层次分析法确定六大方面指数权重的计算思路。第四章是经济增长质量的综合评价。首先,采用主成分析法确定我国1992-2014年经济潜力、经济稳定、资源环境、经济结构、金融发展、社会生活这六方面的指数,其次,运用基于遗传算法的层次分析法确定六大方面指数的权重。研究结论表明对经济增长质量的影响从大到小依次为经济稳定指数、社会生活指数、经济潜力指数、资源环境指数、经济结构指数、金融发展指数;1992-2014年我国的经济增长质量总体呈显著的上升趋势;经济增长质量时序差异显著;经济增长质量的综合得分偏低,经济增长质量处于较低水平。第五章为研究结论与政策建议。总结全文并针对我国经济增长质量存在的问题提出了提升中国经济增长质量的若干建议。
[Abstract]:Economic growth is the focus of each country's economic growth, including economic growth and economic growth in the number of quality. But to pay too much attention to the quantity of economic growth, the economic growth quality is ignored for a long time. The quality of economic growth is an important part of economic growth, is an important manifestation of economic development is healthy or not, every a country must face the problem. China economy since the socialist market economy since has maintained rapid growth, but the pollution of the environment, structural imbalance, unfair distribution, increasing depletion of resources has become increasingly prominent, increasingly shown no consistent quantity China the quality of economic growth and economic growth. Although there are many scholars to study the quality of economic growth, but the existing research, the connotation of the quality of economic growth has not made clear definition and standard for the quality of economic growth, the lack of depth Measure and study. Therefore, this paper attempts to explore the connotation of the quality of economic growth, the establishment of a scientific evaluation index system and methods of advanced evaluation and comparison on the level of China 1992-2014 years of economic growth quality, so as to show Chinese economic growth quality status, to provide theoretical support for better economic growth in this paper. Is composed of five chapters. The first chapter is introduction. It mainly describes the research background and significance, research questions and research ideas, difficulties and innovations, the domestic and international literatures. The second chapter is the construction of economic growth quality comprehensive evaluation index system. Based on the existing literatures, combined with the development of China's economic status and their own understand to discuss the connotation of the quality of economic growth, and on the connotation of the quality of economic growth, including economic potential, economic stability, resource environment and economy The structure, financial development, the comprehensive evaluation index system of six aspects of social life. The third chapter studies the comprehensive evaluation for the quality of economic growth. This paper presents a method using principal component analysis method to determine the economic potential index, index of financial development ideas affecting the quality of economic growth in six aspects of the index calculation, then genetic algorithm is determined by analytic hierarchy process thinking of six aspects of index weight calculation based on. The fourth chapter is the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of economic growth. Firstly, using principal component analysis method to determine the 1992-2014 China's economic potential, stable economy, resources and environment, economic structure, financial development, the social life of the six aspects of the index, secondly, using genetic algorithm AHP to determine the weight of index based on six aspects. Research results indicate that the quality of economic growth influence from high to low was economic stability index, social life index, the Economic potential index, environment index, economic index, financial development index; 1992-2014 the quality of economic growth in our country generally has a significant upward trend; the timing of quality of economic growth significantly; the comprehensive score of the quality of economic growth is low, the quality of economic growth in a relatively low level. The fifth chapter is the conclusion and policy suggestions. Conclusion aiming at the existing problems in China's economic growth quality and put forward some suggestions to improve the quality of Chinese economic growth.
