【摘要】：马克思公共性思想为"一带一路"建设提供重要思想资源。真正共同体、公共利益、公共价值与公共实践共同构成"一带一路"倡议的合理性基础,揭示了"一带一路"的实质是一种公共性存在,它是作为"我们"的存在而不是作为"我"的存在,沿线国家是作为"主人"的存在而不是作为"客人"的存在,是在共商、共建的基础上的共同实践,而达到以共享为目的的国际协作并有其主权归属的建设成果。
[Abstract]:Marx's public thought provides important ideological resources for the construction of "Belt and Road". The real community, public interest, public value and public practice constitute the rational foundation of Belt and Road's initiative. It reveals that the essence of Belt and Road is a kind of public existence, which is the existence of "us" rather than the existence of "me". The countries along the route are the existence of "host" rather than "guest", which is the common practice on the basis of co-negotiation and co-construction. And to achieve the goal of international cooperation for the purpose of sharing and has its sovereignty over the achievements of the construction.
