【摘要】：从国际视角,分析了国家对北京新机场的要求和目前国内机场与国际枢纽的差距,提出北京新机场要从打造"航班波",完善航权及通关政策,提高中转服务水平,提升国内航空公司服务等方面着力提高国际枢纽竞争力;从国家视角,提出北京新机场要兼顾国内其他枢纽机场的平衡;从京津冀协同视角,提出北京新机场要在优化京津冀区域空间结构,引领产业转型升级,打造京津冀机场群,构建城市群综合交通体系等方面发挥积极作用;最后提出打造综合交通枢纽的具体要求。
[Abstract]:From the international perspective, analyzes the requirements of the state of Beijing's new airport and the airport and the gap between domestic and international hub, put forward to build the new airport in Beijing from the "flight wave", improve traffic rights and customs policy, improve transit service levels, enhance the domestic airline service so as to improve the international competitiveness of the country from the perspective of the hub; the new airport in Beijing to take into account other domestic hub airport balance; from Beijing Tianjin Hebei collaborative perspective, put forward the new airport in Beijing to optimize the spatial structure of Beijing Tianjin Hebei region, leading the industrial transformation and upgrading, to build the Beijing Tianjin Hebei machine field group, play a positive role to build a city group comprehensive transportation system; finally put forward specific requirements to build an integrated transport hub.
