【摘要】：近两年,"中等收入陷阱"问题引发了社会的广泛关注。2010年,我国人均GDP超过4000美元,标志着我国正式进入了"中等偏上收入"国家的行列。2016年是我国"十三五"规划的开局之年,在新常态经济发展下,如何实现经济结构调整、促进产业转型升级,进而破解我国经济增长中的不协调、不平衡与不可持续的问题,已经成为当前中国经济发展中有待解决的核心问题,也是中国规避"中等收入陷阱"、实现经济持续增长的关键。党的"十三五"规划继续强调转变经济发展方式,实际上凸显了我国政府应对"中等收入陷阱"的政策决心。我国实际上已经开始直面"中等收入陷阱"的严峻考验。当前针对"中等收入陷阱"的研究逐步增多,视角也趋于多样,不过,当前研究主要停留在寻找外因的阶段。无法及时调整经济增长模式、无法突破技术创新瓶颈、社会收入分配不合理、社会矛盾激化等等都是可能产生中等收入陷阱的根源。这些研究对"中等收入陷阱"收入增长停滞表象下更深层次问题分析较少,对产业结构与中等收入陷阱的实证分析和产业结构优化路径探讨不够。因此,本文选取了"中等收入陷阱"产生机制的视角进行分析。本文首先运用文献分析法,从理论上对中等收入陷阱进行了系统的分析;其次运用系统分析法,对"中等收入陷阱"涉及到一国的经济、社会、文化和环境的复杂系统,本项研究应用系统分析方法,从整体上把握"中等收入陷阱"与产业结构的关联;最后运用面板数据分析法,对中等收入陷阱与产业结构关联进行比较研究。选取跨越中等收入陷阱和陷入中等收入陷阱的新兴经济体作为研究样本,构建面板数据计量模型,实证研究各经济体产业结构特点,并与我国产业结构特征相比较,进而为我国跨越中等收入陷阱找寻产业结构优化路径。本文通过对中等收入陷阱概念的归纳,认真分析了我国产业结构的现状,主要包括以下几点:三次产业及其内部结构仍需改善、地区产业结构趋同状况严重、关键技术缺失使得产品附加值提升缓慢、我国产业技术缺少创新型的技术进步等,这些现状都不同程度的制约了我国产业结构的转型和经济的发展。并探讨了中等收入陷阱与我国产业结构之间的关联程度,根据我国产业结构的现状和数据分析结果,提出了相应的政策和建议,以期为我国跨越中等收入陷阱提供些许参考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the "middle income trap" problem has caused widespread concern in the community.2010 years, China's per capita GDP is more than $4000, which indicates that China has officially entered the "middle income" country.2016 is China's "13th Five-Year" plan at the beginning of the year, in the new normal economic development, how to to realize the adjustment of economic structure, promote industrial restructuring and upgrading, and then crack in the economic growth of our country is uncoordinated, unbalanced and unsustainable issues, has become the core problems of current Chinese economic development, is also Chinese to avoid the "middle income trap", the key to achieve sustained economic growth. The party's "13th Five-Year" planning continues to emphasize the transformation of the mode of economic development, which actually highlights our government to deal with the "middle income trap" policy determination. Our country has actually begun to face the "middle-income trap" for the "middle-income. Into a trap "gradually increasing research perspective also tends to diversity, however, current research mainly focused on finding the external phase. Unable to adjust the mode of economic growth in a timely manner, unable to break through the bottleneck of technology innovation, the irrational distribution of social income, social contradictions and so on are the roots can produce a middle-income trap. These studies on the" medium income trap "income growth stalled under the appearance of a deeper problem analysis less, empirical analysis and path optimization of the industrial structure of the industrial structure and fully discussed the middle income trap. Therefore, this paper selects the" middle-income trap "mechanism from the perspective of analysis. This paper uses the methods of literature analysis, systematic analysis of medium income trap in theory; secondly using systematical analysis method of social" middle income trap "refers to a country's economy, culture and environment, complex system, the Analysis of the application system, grasp the "middle income trap" and the industrial structure as a whole; finally, using panel data analysis method, comparative study of Middle Income Trap and related industrial structure. From emerging economies across the middle-income trap and fall into the middle-income trap as the research sample, build panel data econometric model study on the structural characteristics of the economy, industry empirical, and compared with the structure of industry of our country, and our country across the middle income trap to find the path to optimize the industrial structure. Based on the concept of middle income trap is summed up, carefully analyzed the current situation of China's industrial structure, mainly including the following: three industries and the internal structure still needs to be improved, regional industrial structure convergence condition is serious, lack of key technology makes products to enhance the added value of China's technology industry is slow, lack of innovation The technical progress, the status of different degree restricts the development of China's industrial structure transformation and economic. And to explore the correlation between the Middle Income Trap and the industrial structure of our country, according to the current situation of China's industrial structure and data analysis results, put forward the corresponding policy and suggestions, in order to provide a little the reference for our country across the middle income trap.
