【摘要】：国外内城复兴盛行的"创新街区"建设,是新城市主义对创新的响应,这对我国城市政府贯彻落实新型城镇化战略和"双创战略",实现城市内涵式发展有重要参考借鉴意义。在"创新街区"概念内涵辨析的基础上,重点分析了创新街区发展的内生动力,研究总结了国外典型创新街区的规划建设路径。研究表明:重新界定的创新街区概念,更能准确反映创新创业企业在中心城区集聚的特定现象,创新要素高度集聚与活力街区的"城市特质"为其本质特性;创新街区发展的内生动力源于创新创业企业、知识员工与地方政府等三个行动主体的统一预期,即创新街区可带来收益增加;创新街区建设的关键路径是塑造街区新公共利益,即通过社交型公共空间和办公型公共空间的塑造成功地激活街区的创新活力,特别是以公共创新中心为代表的办公型公共空间成为创新街区的核心地标。
[Abstract]:The construction of "innovative block", which is popular in foreign countries, is the response of the new urbanism to innovation, which is helpful to the city government of our country to carry out the new urbanization strategy and the "double innovation strategy". It has important reference significance to realize the urban connotation development. On the basis of the analysis of the concept of "innovative block", this paper emphatically analyzes the endogenous motive force of the innovation district development. The research summarizes the planning and construction path of typical innovative blocks abroad. The research shows that the concept of innovative blocks can accurately reflect the specific phenomenon of innovative entrepreneurial enterprises gathering in the central urban area. The "urban characteristic" of the high concentration of innovative elements and the vitality of the district is its essential characteristic; The endogenous motive force of the development of innovative block is from the unified expectation of the three main bodies of action, that is, the innovation district can bring about the increase of income; The key path of the construction of innovative blocks is to shape the new public interests of the blocks, that is, to successfully activate the innovative vitality of the blocks through the shaping of the social public space and the office public space. Especially, the office public space represented by the public innovation center becomes the core landmark of the innovation district.
