【摘要】：以美国长时间贸易逆差为主要标志的全球经济失衡是长期的、结构性的现象,这一现象与美元在国际贸易和国际金融中的绝对统治地位密切相关。本文构建的模型表明,美元本位通过不平等贸易在导致了结构性全球经济失衡的同时,也导致了全球福利的不平等分配,以美元为核心的当今国际货币体系有利于美国居民福利,却有损于他国居民福利。人民币汇率因素不是全球经济失衡的主因。人民币国际化既有利于缓解全球经济失衡,也有利于增进中国居民的福利。同时,人民币国际化应该是一项长期战略,而不应该急于求成,在当前美元进入加息周期的特殊时期,人民币国际化应该稳步推进且需防范对外金融风险。
[Abstract]:The global economic imbalance , which is mainly marked by the long - term trade deficit of the United States , is a long - term and structural phenomenon , which is closely related to the absolute dominant position of the United States dollar in international trade and international finance . The model established in this paper shows that the current international monetary system , which is the core of the United States dollar , is beneficial to the welfare of the residents of the United States . The RMB exchange rate factor is not the main factor of global economic imbalance . The internationalization of RMB should be a long - term strategy and should not be urgent . At the same time , the internationalization of RMB should be advanced steadily and the external financial risks should be prevented .
