【摘要】：城市化是中国发展过程中的一个重要现象，对经济、社会发展有着显著的影响。中国城市化问题已经不单是本国的事情，对于世界其他各国的经济增长也有着深远的意义。本论文在借鉴已有研究成果的基础上，梳理国内外的城市化与经济发展的相关文献及相关的内在理论机制，以从一般到具体、从理论到实践为研究思路，对我国城市化与经济发展之间的问题做了较为全面、系统的分析。该论文首先对城市化概念进行了界定，进一步揭示城市化的发展规律，在此基础上，对我国城市化进程做了详尽的介绍，，有利于把握我国城市化的历史进程及现状，发掘我国城市化进程中存在的问题，为以后加快城市化发展奠定基础。接下来，该论文主要探讨了城市化与经济发展的关联性，首先明确了城市化与经济发展相互作用的内在理论机制，这构成了文章的理论基础，之后分析了城市化对于经济发展的影响，包括对劳动力、物质资本、人力资本及经济结构的影响，可以充分了解城市化与经济发展之间的关系。此时，提出问题——中国城市化在发展进程中与经济发展并不同步，并利用周一星学者的计量模型证明了这一点，得出中国城市化实际水平过低，制约着经济发展的结论。针对该论文研究中发现的问题，分析中国城市化水平滞后的原因，并在论文最后提出可加快中国城市化发展的对策建议，及对中国城市化发展做出了未来展望。第一章绪论部分阐明了选题的背景以及理论意义与实践价值，对于国内外的相关文献进行系统性的梳理，结合已研究的成果，确立了本文的研究思路、研究目标及主要的研究内容，并说明了此文的创新点和不足之处，希望能在以后能做进一步研究。第二章是对城市化与经济发展的关联研究。主要论述有关城市化理论。首先综述国内外文献对于城市化概念是如何进行界定的，进而对城市化的发展规律进行详尽的描述，这样可以从总体上深入把握城市化的情况。接下来介绍了城市化与经济发展相互作用的内在理论机制；之后从劳动力、物质资本、人力资本及经济结构四方面分析了城市化对经济发展的影响，分析结果表明经济发展必然离不开城市化的发展，两者之间存在着密切的联系。第三章首先介绍了世界范围内城市化与经济发展的三种关系，然后以美国和巴西这两个经济发达程度和地理区位不同的国家作为实例，探讨城市化与经济发展互动发展的情况，最后总结这两个国家的城镇化进程对我国城镇化与经济发展相关问题的经验与启示。第四章最分两部分介绍我国城市化的进程。第一部分对我国城市化的历史进程进行回顾，根据新中国成立前后我国城市化的发展速度可将我国城市化进程分为三个阶段；第二部分是对我国城市化现状进行了分析，抓住当今城市化出现的问题。最后提出了现阶段中国城市化与经济发展其实并不同步的问题。针对中国城市化水平滞后进行原因分析，找到城市化水平滞后的原因。第五章提出了加速中国城市化发展的对策建议及未来展望。针对前面部分对于城市化水平滞后的原因分析，提出了加快城市化进程的对策建议，解决推进城市化的问题，并且在对城市化的前景充满信心，做出未来展望。该论文虽在一定程度上达到了研究目标，也有一定的价值，但是却未能创造出自己的计量模型来更加准确的描述城市化与经济发展之间的数量关系，在以后可以试图用计量模型做进一步的研究。
[Abstract]:The city is an important phenomenon in the development process of China on the economy, has a significant effect on social development. The problem of China city has not only its own affairs, for the rest of the world's economic growth also has far-reaching significance. This paper in reference to the existing research results on the basis of relevant literature combs the domestic and foreign city and economic development and the intrinsic mechanism related to theory, from general to concrete, from theory to practice for the study of ideas, between our city and the problems of economic development to do a more comprehensive and systematic analysis. The thesis first defines the concept of the city, further reveal the development of the city, on the basis of our city urbanization process in detail, to grasp the history and status quo of China's city of China, explore the existing problems in the process of city, to After accelerating city development lay the foundation. Next, the thesis mainly discusses the relationship between city and economic development, first clear the inner mechanism of city theory and economic development of the interaction, which constitutes the theoretical basis of the article, after analyzing the influence of the city economic development, including labor, physical capital the influence of human capital, and economic structure, can fully understand the relationship between the city and the economic development. At this time, raising the question of Chinese city in the process of development and economic development are not synchronized, and using the econometric model of star Monday scholars proved this point, the city of China actual level is too low, restricting according to the economic development results. This thesis finds problems in the research, analysis of the causes of Chinese city level lags behind, and at the last part of the paper can accelerate the development of the city China Countermeasures and suggestions, and make future prospects for the development of China's urbanization.
The first chapter introduced the background and theoretical significance and practical value, a systematic review for the related literature at home and abroad, combining with the research results, established the research ideas, research objectives and the main research contents, and illustrates the innovation and the deficiency, in the hope of to do further research.
The second chapter is to study the correlation between the city and economic development of the city. Mainly discusses about theory of literature review. The first is how to define the concept of the city, and then a detailed description on the development of the city, so you can from the overall grasp of the city thoroughly. Then introduced the internal the theory and mechanism of city economic development interaction; from labor, physical capital, the impact of city economic development analysis of four aspects of human capital and economic structure, analysis results show that economic development inevitably cannot do without the city, there is a close relationship between the two.
The third chapter introduces the three kinds of relationship between the city and economic development in the world, and then to the United States and Brazil, the two degree of economic development and geographical location of different countries as an example, to explore the interactive development of city and economic development situation, finally summarizes the experience and Enlightenment of the two countries of the urbanization process on the development of China's urban and economic problems.
The fourth chapter is divided into two parts to introduce our city urbanization. The first part reviewed the historical process of city development in China, according to the Chinese established before and after the new development speed of China's city of city urbanization in China can be divided into three stages; the second part is the present situation of our city are analyzed today, seize the city problems. Finally put forward the development of China city and economy at this stage is not synchronized. Aiming at the China city level lag reason analysis, find the reasons behind the level of city.
The fifth chapter puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the Chinese city development and future prospects. According to the analysis of the front part of the reason for city level lag, puts forward countermeasures to accelerate the process of city, promote the city solve the problem, and in charge of the city's prospects are full of confidence, make the vision of the future.
Although this paper has achieved certain research goals and has certain value to some extent, it failed to create its own econometric model to describe the quantitative relationship between urbanization and economic development more accurately. Later, it can try to do further research with econometric models.
