【摘要】：绿色文明、生态文明兴起的今天，产业生态化已然成为当今产业发展的主旋律，并日益引起政府部门、学者和企业的关注。产业生态化是人类对传统反生态特征的产业系统的反思，是人类践行可持续发展思想过程中探寻出的一种能够有效推动产业持续、健康、稳定发展的新型产业发展模式。当前，国内外学者围绕产业生态化的相关理论、方法等进行了大量的、富有成效的研究。但是，以流域作为基本研究单元，分析其经济、社会、生态环境，测度其产业生态化水平，确定产业生态化影响因素，探寻其产业生态化空间组织的研究尚不多见。针对这一问题，本文试图在国内外产业生态化相关研究的基础上，以松花江流域吉林省段作为基本研究单元，分析其产业生态化发展的必要性和基础条件，选取能够科学、合理反映流域产业生态化水平的评价指标体系，测度流域产业生态化水平，确定流域产业生态化的影响因素，最后对流域产业生态化的空间组织进行分析。本文共分为四个部分：第一部分对产业生态化相关理论和国内外研究进展进行综述。对产业生态化的相关概念进行辨析、相关理论进行回顾、国内外研究进展进行文献综述，实现对产业生态化的再认识，进一步明确本文的研究内容、重难点。第二部分是对流域产业生态化发展背景分析。分析了流域的经济、社会基础，分析了流域生态环境及水环境质量演变，总结出流域产业生态化发展的必要性和紧迫性；总结了流域的产业结构及其演变特征，，对流域产业集聚进行测度，从产业结构角度论述了流域产业生态化发展的条件特征。第三部分流域产业生态化发展水平和影响因素分析。本文选取了17项评价指标，运用熵权法确定指标权重，运用综合指数法对流域产业生态化水平进行测度，分析了流域产业生态化水平的动态变化和空间差异，并进一步对流域产业生态化影响因素进行分析，探寻提高流域产业生态化水平的突破口。第四部分流域产业生态化空间组织研究。合理的产业空间组织是促进产业生态化发展的重要保障，因此，本文在测度产业生态化水平的基础上，从流域尺度和园区尺度对流域产业生态化空间组织进行分析，并选取典型案例进行实证分析，总结流域产业生态化空间组织存在的问题，提出对策建议，明确流域产业生态化未来发展方向和重点领域。
[Abstract]:Green civilization, the rise of ecological civilization today, the ecological industry has become the main theme of industrial development, and increasingly cause government departments. The concern of scholars and enterprises. The ecologicalization of industry is the reflection of the traditional anti-ecological industrial system, and it is a kind of industry sustainable and healthy that can be effectively promoted by human beings in the process of carrying out the thought of sustainable development. At present, scholars at home and abroad have carried out a lot of fruitful research around the theories and methods of industrial ecology. However, watershed is the basic research unit. It is rare to analyze the economic, social and ecological environment, measure the ecological level of industry, determine the influencing factors and explore the spatial organization of ecological industry. This paper tries to analyze the necessity and basic conditions of industrial ecological development on the basis of the domestic and foreign industry ecological research, taking the Songhua River Basin Jilin Province as the basic research unit, and select the scientific. The evaluation index system which reasonably reflects the ecological level of watershed industry, measures the ecological level of watershed industry, determines the influencing factors of the ecological level of watershed industry, and finally analyzes the spatial organization of the ecological level of watershed industry. This paper is divided into four parts: The first part summarizes the related theories of industrial ecology and the domestic and foreign research progress. The related concepts of industrial ecology are analyzed, the relevant theories are reviewed, and the domestic and foreign research progress is reviewed. To realize the recognition of industry ecology, further clarify the research content of this paper, heavy difficulty. The second part is the analysis of the background of the ecological development of watershed industry, the analysis of the economic and social basis of the basin, the analysis of the basin ecological environment and water environment quality evolution. The necessity and urgency of ecological development of watershed industry are summarized. This paper summarizes the industrial structure of the watershed and its evolution characteristics, measures the industrial agglomeration of the watershed, and discusses the conditions for the ecological development of the basin industry from the angle of industrial structure. The third part is the analysis of the ecological development level and influencing factors of watershed industry. This paper selects 17 evaluation indexes and uses entropy weight method to determine the index weight. The comprehensive index method is used to measure the ecological level of watershed industry, and the dynamic changes and spatial differences of the ecological level of watershed industry are analyzed, and the influencing factors of the ecological level of watershed industry are further analyzed. To explore a breakthrough to improve the ecological level of watershed industry. 4th part of the watershed industrial ecological spatial organization research. Reasonable industrial spatial organization is an important guarantee to promote the development of industrial ecology, therefore, this paper measures the level of industrial ecological on the basis of. This paper analyzes the ecological spatial organization of watershed industry from watershed scale and park scale, and selects typical cases for empirical analysis, summarizes the problems existing in the ecological spatial organization of watershed industry, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. Clarify the future development direction and key areas of ecological watershed industry.
