【摘要】：从互利合作、共商共赢发展视角,分析我国国际产能合作的新特征,发现基础设施投资、跨国合作水平、冲突协调机制不健全等是当前国际产能合作中的主要问题;借助"一带一路"战略强化国内外产业联系,以提升东道国产业发展为切入点,加快中外产能合作园区建设,以互利共赢的生产联系夯实跨境产业基础,实行多边合作开发第三方市场项目,深化国际绿色合作是提升我国国际产能合作的重要举措。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of mutually beneficial cooperation and win-win development, this paper analyzes the new characteristics of China's international capacity cooperation, and finds out the infrastructure investment and the level of transnational cooperation. The conflict coordination mechanism is not perfect and so on is the main problem in the current international production capacity cooperation; With the help of the "Belt and Road" strategy, we should strengthen industrial ties at home and abroad, take the industrial development of the host country as the starting point, speed up the construction of Sino-foreign productive capacity cooperation parks, and consolidate the cross-border industrial foundation through mutually beneficial and win-win production links. Multilateral cooperation to develop third-party market projects and deepen international green cooperation is an important measure to enhance China's international capacity cooperation.
