中原城市群产业结构优化研究

【摘要】：区域产业结构发展问题关系到我国经济社会发展的大局。近些年由于中国城市化的不断发展，城市群发展体系不断完善，城市群经济已经成为增强地区竞争力、带动区域经济发展的重要引擎。产业结构问题作为新时期转变经济发展方式的着重点，也是近年来关注的热点问题。因此，城市群产业结构发展问题也将是今后一段时间里，考察区域经济发展的重要内容。中原城市群地处河南中部，，具有丰富的自然资源和人力资源，初步具备一定的经济基础，是中部地区中较具发展潜力的城市群。中原城市群概念自2003年提出以来，经历了十年的成长，但是由于历史发展原因，中原城市群产业结构调整进程较为缓慢，对提升河南乃至中部地区经济的能力有限。新时期为增强中原城市群的主体地位，充分发挥中原城市群辐射带动能力，本文从产业结构角度，结合城市群发展特点对中原城市群产业结构优化问题进行研究，通过对中原城市群工业产业竞争力、产业结构演变与发展现状分析，提出适合中原城市群产业结构优化的对策建议。本文研究内容主要有：第一章，绪论。介绍了文章的研究背景、研究意义、相关概念界定、研究内容和思路框架、研究方法、研究创新点和不足。第二章，区域产业结构优化的一般理论综述。论述了产业结构演变机理、产业结构优化理论、区域产业结构优化理论及国内研究现状综述。其中产业结构优化理论包括二元经济模型、不平衡增长理论、主导产业理论、两基准理论；区域产业结构优化理论包括：产业布局的区位理论、产业布局的比较优势理论、平衡与非平衡理论及增长极理论。第三章，中原城市群工业产业竞争力分析。通过因子分析法对中原城市群工业产业竞争力进行了综合评价，测算出了32个工业行业的综合竞争力排名，发现中原城市群工业中具有比较优势的多集中在食品、有色金属等传统重工业，产业结构水平较低，技术含量不高，产业链有待进一步延伸。第四章，中原城市群产业结构发展现状及存在问题分析。阐述了中原城市群空间结构演变过程，并利用统计年鉴数据从产业结构高度化指标、产业结构水平指标、产业结构相似系数以及城镇化率等指标对中原城市群产业结构进行了全面考察。研究发现中原城市产业结构存在水平偏低，产业同构问题严重，城镇化率有待提高等问题。第五章，中原城市群产业结构优化的运行机制研究。在产业结构优化的机制体系中选取了分工机制、合作机制与集聚机制作为研究对象，运用博弈模型分析了三种机制对提升产业结构优化的重要影响。第六章，中原城市群产业结构优化的路径选择。在前文研究基础上，提出了加快中原城市群一体化进程、发展高新技术产业、推进集聚式城镇化发展的产业结构优化措施。第七章，结论与展望。对本文的研究成果进行阐述，并对未来中原城市群产业结构优化研究进行展望。
[Abstract]:The development of regional industrial structure problems related to China's overall economic and social development. In recent years, with the continuous development of China City, development of city group system constantly improve, city group economy has become an important engine to enhance regional competitiveness and promote regional economic development. The industrial structure problems as the focus of the transformation of the mode of economic development in the new period, hot issues in recent years is also concerned. Therefore, the development of the industrial structure of city group will be the next period of time, the important content of regional economic development.
Zhongyuan city group is located in the middle of Henan, has abundant natural resources and human resources, initially have a certain economic base, is the central part of most development potential of the city. The city group of Central Plains group concept put forward since 2003, has experienced ten years of growth, but due to historical causes, the process of industrial structure adjustment in Central Plains city group is relatively slow, to enhance the ability of economic in Henan and the central region of the new period is limited. In order to enhance the city group of Central Plains subject status, give full play to the Central Plains city group radiation driving ability, this paper from the perspective of industrial structure, combined with the characteristics of the development of city group of central China city group industrial structure optimization problems of the industrial city group of Central Plains the competitiveness of the industry, analysis of the current situation of industrial structure evolution and development, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization of the industrial structure of the city group of Central Plains. The main research content:
The first chapter, introduction, introduces the background of the research, the significance of the research, the definition of related concepts, the content and frame of the research, the research method, the research innovation and the deficiency.
The second chapter reviews the general theory of regional industrial structure optimization. The evolution mechanism of industrial structure, industrial structure optimization theory, the optimization of regional industrial structure theory and domestic research review. The theory of industrial structure optimization including two yuan economic model, unbalanced growth theory, the theory of leading industry, two basic theory of regional industrial structure optimization; the theory includes: industrial layout, industrial layout location theory, comparative advantage theory, equilibrium and non equilibrium theory and growth pole theory.
The third chapter, the analysis of industrial competitive power of city group of Central Plains. Through factor analysis, the comprehensive evaluation on the industrial competitiveness of Zhongyuan city group, estimates the overall competitiveness rankings of 32 industries, industrial city group of Central Plains has a comparative advantage in more concentrated in food, nonferrous metals and other traditional heavy industries, the level of industrial structure low technology content is not high, the industry chain needs to be further extended.
The fourth chapter, analysis the problem of industrial structure development of city group of Central Plains and exist. Expounds the evolution process of the spatial structure of city group of Central Plains, and the use of statistical yearbook data of indicators from the industrial structure, the industrial structure level index, the coefficient and the urbanization rate index is a comprehensive study on the industrial structure of Zhongyuan city group similar industrial structure research. Found that the industrial structure of Zhongyuan city has low level of industrial isomorphism problem is serious, the rate of urbanization and other issues need to be improved.
The fifth chapter studies the operation mechanism of city group of Central Plains industrial structure optimization. In the system of industrial structure optimization in the selection of division mechanism, cooperation mechanism and agglomeration mechanism as the research object, using the game model to analyze the effects of three kinds of important mechanism to upgrade the industrial structure optimization.
The sixth chapter is the path selection of industrial structure optimization of Zhongyuan urban agglomeration. On the basis of previous studies, this paper puts forward the optimization measures to speed up the integration process of Central Plains urban agglomeration, develop high-tech industries and promote the development of agglomeration urbanization.
The seventh chapter is the conclusion and prospect. The research results of this paper are expounded, and the industrial structure optimization of the urban agglomeration in the future is prospected.
