辽宁省金融生态环境与经济增长关系研究

【摘要】：“金融生态”概念的提出拓宽了金融领域和相关金融理论的研究思路，为相关理论的研究提供了一个全新的视角。2005年以来，对金融生态和金融生态环境的相关理论有了广泛的研究。关于金融生态环境与经济增长或者经济发展之间的关系研究也渐渐成为了研究的主要方向。普遍认为，金融体系的良好运行与所处环境是彼此依存，彼此影响的关系，而金融生态环境与经济增长是一种长期均衡，相互影响，，相互改善的关系。本文以辽宁省区域为研究对象，对辽宁省金融生态环境与区域经济增长之间的互动关系进行了研究。本文在充分分析辽宁省自身的优势和缺点的基础上，分析了制约辽宁省经济增长的主要因素，并对辽宁省金融生态环境进行了定量的评价，为改善辽宁省金融生态环境进而促进辽宁省经济增长寻求一种新的路径。首先，本文从金融资源、企业发展水平、法制环境和信用水平四个方面出发对辽宁省2003-2012年的金融生态环境质量进行定量评价分析，得出辽宁省2003-2012年企业发展水平、法律环境质量、信用环境都在逐步改善，但金融资源并没有得到很好的配置利用，总体来讲金融生态环境质量得到了不断的改善和优化。其次，根据辽宁2003年至2012年十年的数据，运用ADF单位根检验，EG协整检验以及格兰杰因果关系检验等方法探讨了辽宁金融生态环境与经济增长的关系。结果表明金融生态环境与经济增长有显著的正相关关系，并且金融生态环境的改善是促进经济增长的单向Granger原因，但经济增长不是促进金融生态环境改善的单向Granger原因。最后，本文从提高金融资源利用效率，促进企业发展，加强金融法律建设和完善信用制度四个方面对辽宁省金融生态环境改善提出了相应的政策性建议。
[Abstract]:The concept of "financial ecology" broadens the research ideas of financial field and related financial theories, and provides a new perspective for the research of related theories. Since 2005. There has been extensive research on the theory of financial ecology and financial ecological environment. The relationship between financial ecological environment and economic growth or economic development has gradually become the main research direction. The good operation of the financial system and the environment in which the financial system operates are dependent on each other and affect each other, while the financial ecological environment and the economic growth are a long-term equilibrium, mutual influence and mutual improvement. This paper studies the interaction between the financial ecological environment and regional economic growth in Liaoning Province. Based on the full analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of Liaoning Province. This paper analyzes the main factors restricting the economic growth of Liaoning Province, and makes a quantitative evaluation on the financial ecological environment of Liaoning Province. In order to improve the financial ecological environment of Liaoning Province and promote the economic growth of Liaoning Province to find a new path. Firstly, this paper analyzes the quality of financial ecological environment in Liaoning Province from four aspects: financial resources, enterprise development level, legal environment and credit level. It is concluded that the level of enterprise development, the quality of legal environment and the credit environment are improving gradually in Liaoning Province from 2003 to 2012, but the financial resources have not been well allocated and utilized. Overall, the quality of the financial ecological environment has been continuously improved and optimized. Secondly, according to the data of 10 years from 2003 to 2012 in Liaoning Province, ADF unit root test was used. The EG cointegration test and Granger causality test are used to study the relationship between financial ecological environment and economic growth in Liaoning Province. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between financial ecological environment and economic growth. And the improvement of the financial ecological environment is the unidirectional Granger cause to promote the economic growth, but the economic growth is not the one-way Granger reason to promote the improvement of the financial ecological environment. Finally, this paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions on the improvement of financial ecological environment in Liaoning Province from four aspects: improving the utilization efficiency of financial resources, promoting the development of enterprises, strengthening the construction of financial laws and perfecting the credit system.
