天津经济技术开发区招商引资策略研究

【摘要】：天津作为环渤海经济圈的中心,已经在招商引资方面交出了令人瞩目的成绩单,经济也实现了飞速地增长。随着经济的发展,工业规模的扩大,技术的不断创新,以及产业链条的不断扩大和延伸,对于如何提升区域产业竞争力和推动地区经济的协调发展提出了更高的要求。在全球经济一体化的背景下,中国逐渐成为外商直接投资相对集中的区域。天津具有优越的地理位置,地处环渤海的中心地带,近年来随着滨海新区开发开放的脚步的加快,天津市招商引资更是取得了令人瞩目的成绩,走在全国的前列。本文探讨了天津经济技术开发区作为老牌的国家级开发区,作为整个天津市经济相对活跃的区域,如何借助天津经济发展的东风,借助滨海新区开发开放的矫健步伐,通过调整和优化地区产业布局,优化升级产业结构,培育更加有利于区域发展的投资环境及产业环境,来更好地完成招商引资工作,进而实现可持续发展,提升整个区域的竞争力,保持其领先地位。本文首先提出问题,阐述了研究目的,介绍了研究方法。然后,对区域经济发展和招商引资概念进行了理论解释,宏观阐述了区域经济发展的方向和招商引资之间的关系,总结了开发区招商引资的成效和存在问题,以及问题产生的成因。然后从天津市产业现状展开分析,从产业定位和产业发展趋势以及“十二五”规划等方面进行分析,探讨开发区招商引资的方向。结合天津经济技术开发区目前区域的综合情况和产业发展状况,对招商引资运用SWOT分析法进行分析,然后据此对开发区招商引资做出了战略选择。最后,在上文分析的基础之上提出了对推进天津开发区招商引资工作的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Tianjin, as the center of the economic circle around Bohai Sea, has already handed over a remarkable report card in attracting investment, and the economy has also achieved rapid growth. With the development of economy, the scale of industry has expanded. The continuous innovation of technology and the continuous expansion and extension of the industrial chain put forward higher requirements on how to enhance the regional industrial competitiveness and promote the coordinated development of regional economy. In the context of global economic integration. China has gradually become a relatively concentrated area of foreign direct investment. Tianjin is located in the center of the Bohai Sea, with the rapid development and opening of Binhai New area in recent years. Tianjin has made remarkable achievements in attracting investment, walking in the forefront of the country. This paper discusses the Tianjin Economic and technological Development Zone as an old national development zone. As the whole Tianjin economy is relatively active, how to use the Dongfeng of Tianjin economic development, with the help of Binhai New area to develop the vigorous pace of opening, by adjusting and optimizing the regional industrial layout, optimize and upgrade the industrial structure. The investment environment and industrial environment which are more favorable to regional development can be cultivated in order to achieve the sustainable development, enhance the competitiveness of the whole region and maintain its leading position. This paper first put forward the question, elaborated the research purpose, introduced the research method. Then, carried on the theoretical explanation to the regional economic development and the investment attraction concept. Macroscopically, this paper expounds the relationship between the direction of regional economic development and attracting investment, summarizes the effectiveness and existing problems of attracting investment in the development zone, and analyzes the causes of the problems. Then, it analyzes the present situation of Tianjin's industry. This paper analyzes the orientation of industry orientation, the trend of industry development and the 12th Five-Year Plan, and discusses the direction of attracting investment from the development zone. Combined with the comprehensive situation and industrial development situation of Tianjin Economic and technological Development Zone at present. On the basis of SWOT analysis, the paper makes a strategic choice to attract investment in the development zone. Finally. On the basis of the above analysis, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the promotion of investment promotion in TEDA.
