中国对非洲直接投资的产业选择研究

【摘要】：近年来,中国和非洲大陆各个国家的国际贸易合作和对外投资协作日益成熟,中国和非洲之间的贸易可以称之为是互利共赢,中国对非洲投资的产业选择也至关重要。中国与非洲国家之间的进一步合作,非洲地区各国的经济命运同我国息息相关,合理指引和用心引导国内在非洲的投资是很重要的,这也关系到中国与非洲经济贸易的发展。本文通过分析中国在非洲的直接投资产业选择的背景、意义和发展现状,选择几个具有代表性的并符合中非投资的特色产业进行对比分析,结合现阶段中国经济和非洲大陆的经济发展走势,并利用数据模型研究了对非投资与国内产业发展的相关关系,从而得出合理结论并提出可行建议。首先,对非投资不单可辅助国内企业从中获利,从广阔视角来说也是双方间构建良性伙伴关系的关键步骤。建国伊始我国即开始对非洲援助,后至合作论坛的成立,国家在非投资比重的加强进程中,行业选择关系重大。其次,国内企业选择对非投资行业的因素中,政治经济环境是否稳健以及自然资源是否充裕等为考虑的主要方面。双方在这几个因素方面都有着各自得天独厚的特点和禀赋,所以,中国在对非投资时可以抓住双方因素互补的特点,从而推动双方投资良性发展。再次,中国对非洲直接投资的基本原则是实现共赢。作为我国投资重点产业之一的矿产领域,其地位不易撼动。而为带动非洲国家经济,国内在考量投资领域时也要关注当地的迫切性领域:如基建产业方面和制造业方面等,以及对旅游业和高新技术方面的投资规模该如何拿捏,也应纳入主要领域的考虑范围之中。最后,在产业选择的过程,中国在非洲的直接投资,高层级上必须注重宏观调控措施,中观层面上发挥行业管束力和制约力,微观程度上约束国内公司的行为习惯,在合理选择投资产业、推进投资领域扩大的基础上力求实现互赢。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the international trade cooperation and foreign investment cooperation between China and various countries on the African continent have become more and more mature, and the trade between China and Africa can be called "mutual benefit and win-win". China's choice of industries to invest in Africa is also crucial. Further cooperation between China and African countries is closely related to the economic fate of the countries in the African region. It is very important to guide domestic investment in Africa reasonably and attentively, which is also related to the development of economic and trade between China and Africa. This paper analyzes the background of China's direct investment industry choice in Africa. The significance and development of the current situation, select a few representative and in line with China-Africa investment characteristics of industry comparative analysis, combined with the current stage of China's economy and the African continent's economic development trend. And using the data model to study the relationship between non-investment and the development of domestic industries, and draw a reasonable conclusion and put forward feasible recommendations. First of all, non-investment can not only help domestic enterprises profit from it. From a broad perspective, it is also a key step to build a sound partnership between the two sides. At the beginning of the founding of the country, China began to assist Africa, then to the establishment of the Forum for Cooperation, and the strengthening of the state in the process of strengthening the proportion of non-investment. Industry choice is of great importance. Secondly, domestic enterprises choose non-investment industry factors. Whether the political and economic environment is stable or not and whether the natural resources are abundant or not are the main aspects to be considered. Both sides have their own unique characteristics and endowments in these factors, so. China can grasp the characteristics of complementary factors in non-investment to promote the sound development of investment between the two sides. The basic principle of China's direct investment in Africa is to achieve a win-win situation. As one of the key industries of China's investment, the status of mineral industry is not easy to shake. When considering the investment field, China should also pay attention to the local urgent areas, such as infrastructure industry and manufacturing industry, and how to handle the scale of investment in tourism and high technology. Finally, in the process of industrial selection, China's direct investment in Africa must be focused on macro-control measures at a high level. At the meso level, we should give full play to the management and restriction of the industry, restrict the behavior habits of the domestic companies to the microcosmic extent, and strive to achieve mutual win on the basis of reasonable choice of the investment industry and promotion of the expansion of the investment field.
