【摘要】：产业集群的定义指的是在某一特定地区内的，大批的产业有着紧密联系和有着相关支持的产业在空间上的汇集的，形成了具有巨大的可持续竞争优势的群体。提高产业的核心竞争力是提高该区域竞争力的关键，而产业集群是增强区域内产业竞争力一种重要产业组织形式，是促进工业化的有效动力。近些年来，中国东部的沿海地区（江苏、浙江和广东等地）已经形成了大批产业集群进而促进了经济的大力发展。我国河南省地区和我国东海沿海地区相比经济发展极其落后和缓慢，特别是区县经济一直是河南省地区关注的发展问题。本文的研究思路是用定性和定量分析法研究河南省延津县的发展，根据对延津县产业集群的目前的发展现状进行了分析的前提下，针对延津县发展产业集群的有利条件和形成机制，分析了延津县产业集群的规模、特点和分布状况，根据该地区各个产业集群的具体经济指标来制定相适宜的发展对策和方案。作为河南省180多个省级规范化产业集群区之一的延津县产业集聚区，经济发展情况十分的迅速，延津县产业集群发展的模式对河南省其他区县地区的经济发展具有重要的借鉴意义。本文分为六大部分：第一部分介绍了产业集群的意义、研究背景和意义、有关产业集群的相关理论、国内外研究现状以及论文研究结构和创新点；第二部分对该区县的产业集群发展现状和形成过程进行研究，详细介绍了该地区产业集群的规模与分布状况、延津县产业集群的形成条件、延津县产业集群的特征与分类、延津县产业集群发展面对的机遇与挑战；第三部分主要介绍了产业集群在延津县域经济发展中的作用；第四部分重点分析和介绍了延津县产业集群发展中存在的问题，，通过分析研究，针对延津县的基本县情，找出该县发展产业集群的制约因素；第五部分根据延津县目前初具产业集群存在的制约因素和存在的主要问题，提出解决延津县产业集群发展的对策措施；第六部分主要总结了本文的主要研究内容，并阐述延津县产业集群发展模式成功经验，以及建设具有自身特色的产业集群。
[Abstract]:The definition of industrial cluster refers to the spatial convergence of a large number of industries which are closely related to and supported by a certain region. The core competitiveness of the industry is the key to improve the competitiveness of the region, and industrial cluster is an important form of industrial organization to enhance the industrial competitiveness in the region. In recent years, the coastal areas of eastern China (Jiangsu). Zhejiang and Guangdong have formed a large number of industrial clusters to promote the development of the economy. Compared with the coastal areas of the East China Sea Henan Province of China's economic development is extremely backward and slow. In particular, the district and county economy has been the development of Henan Province. The research idea of this paper is to use qualitative and quantitative analysis method to study the development of Yanjin County in Henan Province, based on the analysis of the current development situation of Yanjin County industrial cluster. According to the favorable conditions and forming mechanism of Yanjin county industrial cluster, the paper analyzes the scale, characteristics and distribution of Yanjin county industrial cluster. According to the specific economic indicators of various industrial clusters in this region to formulate appropriate development strategies and programs. As one of more than 180 provincial standardized industrial cluster areas Yanjin County industrial agglomeration area. The situation of economic development is very rapid. The pattern of industrial cluster development in Yanjin County is of great significance to the economic development of other districts and counties in Henan Province. This paper is divided into six parts: the first part introduces the significance of industrial clusters, research background and significance, related theories of industrial clusters, domestic and foreign research status, research structure and innovation points; The second part studies the status quo and forming process of the industrial cluster in the county, and introduces the scale and distribution of the industrial cluster in this area, and the forming conditions of the industrial cluster in Yanjin County. The characteristics and classification of industrial clusters in Yanjin County, the opportunities and challenges facing the development of industrial clusters in Yanjin County; The third part mainly introduces the role of industrial cluster in the development of Yanjin county economy. Part 4th focuses on the analysis and introduction of the problems existing in the development of industrial clusters in Yanjin County. Through the analysis and research, we find out the restrictive factors of the development of industrial clusters in Yanjin County in view of the basic county situation of Yanjin County. In 5th, according to the existing restriction factors and main problems of the industrial cluster in Yanjin county, the countermeasures are put forward to solve the development of the industrial cluster in Yanjin county. Part 6th summarizes the main research contents of this paper, and expounds the successful experience of Yanjin county industrial cluster development model and the construction of industrial cluster with its own characteristics.
