提升湖北区域创新创业能力的实证研究

【摘要】："双创"是经济转型最大的新动能,是中国版供给经济学的成功实践。以创业带动就业,对冲经济下行产生的就业风险;通过创新实现提质增效,推动产业升级和创新驱动。通过万众创新,创造新需求,实现新供给,培养新技术、新产业、新业态和新模式,推动经济发展方式从传统的要素驱动、投资驱动向创新驱动转变。运用态势分析(SWOT)理论,在分析湖北省创新创业发展优势、劣势、机遇和威胁的基础上,从革新体制机制、培养创新创业主体、优化创新创业环境等方面提出提升湖北创新创业能力的策略。
[Abstract]:"double creation" is the biggest new kinetic energy in economic transformation and the successful practice of Chinese version of supply economics. Through innovation to achieve quality and efficiency, promote industrial upgrading and innovation-driven. Through innovation, create new demand, realize new supply, cultivate new technology, new industries, new formats and new models. Promote the mode of economic development from the traditional factor driven, investment-driven to innovation-driven transformation. Using situation Analysis (SWOT) theory, in the analysis of Hubei Province innovation entrepreneurial development strengths and weaknesses. On the basis of opportunity and threat, this paper puts forward some strategies to improve Hubei's innovative entrepreneurial ability from the aspects of innovating the system mechanism, cultivating the main body of innovation and entrepreneurship, and optimizing the environment of innovation and entrepreneurship.
