【摘要】：新中国成立后，为了在短时间内提高国家经济实力，我国采取了优先发展工业、牺牲农业的发展战略，这在当时的经济条件下确实起到良好的作用，迅速提升了国家的经济总量，提高了群众的生活水平。但随着经济的不断发展，长期以来，这种城乡分治的二元结构产生了诸多经济社会问题，如农业增长缓慢、城乡发展不协调、城乡居民收入差距扩大等一系列问题。更严重的是与高速发展的城市经济相比，，我国的县域经济的发展严重滞后，极大的阻碍了我国国民经济的进一步发展，增加了社会不稳定因素。本文以革命老区龙川县的县域经济发展为研究对象。第一章绪论主要介绍研究背景、意义、国内外县域经济的研究动态和本文研究的方法及技术路线。第二章则从县域经济的相关概念、特征与基础理论入手，介绍了县域经济所独有的一些特点及在龙川县域经济发展中用到基础理论：区域分工理论、二元结构、改造传统农业理论等相关理论。第三章着重分析了龙川县域经济发展的现状与存在的问题。主要从龙川县域经济发展的现状及龙川县域经济与全国、广东省、河源市及县域强镇增城市在国民经济发展状况、产业结构、财政收入等方面进行比较分析，得出了龙川县域经济所存在的主要问题；第四章则是结合龙川的实际情况，用SWOT方法祥细分析了龙川县域经济未来发展面临的优势、机遇、劣势和挑战。第五章则在前文综合分析的基础上，对龙川县域经济发展中所遇到的主要问题，提出了针对性的解决对策，如提出了“推进农业产业化，建设生态型农业产业体系；转变经济发展方式，构建现代生态工业产业体系；打造大旅游，推动特色发展；统筹城乡协调发展，提升城镇化水平”等对策措施，供龙川及广东省其他欠发达地区或国内其他类似地区参考，以期实现欠发达地区县域经济快速发展，农民致富、增收。

This paper takes the county economy development in old revolutionary base areas in Longchuan County as the research object. The first chapter introduces the research background, significance, research methods and research the dynamic domestic County Economic and technical route. The second chapter from the related concept of the county economy, starting with the characteristics and basic theory, introduces some unique features of the county economy and use the basic theory in Longchuan County Economic Development: the theory of regional division of labor, two yuan structure, theory of the transformation of traditional agriculture theory. The third chapter focuses on the analysis of the present situation of Longchuan county economy development and existence.
