【摘要】：新常态下,经济增速放缓,发展"新经济"、培育新的经济增长点,成为今后政府经济发展的主要任务。从政治经济学角度看,发展"新经济"是适应生产力发展、遵循经济发展规律、坚持以人民为本的必然要求。与美国"新经济"内涵不同,中国的"新经济"预示着新的发展理念、新的增长动力、新的配置机制和新的经济结构。"十三五"期间,政府应该不断深化理论创新,继续推动供给侧结构性改革和"互联网+"战略,注重互联网时代的网络信息安全建设,加快实施创新驱动发展战略,为"新经济"发展提供新引擎。
[Abstract]:Under the new normal, the economic growth rate slows down, the development of "new economy" and the cultivation of new economic growth point become the main task of the government's economic development in the future. The development of "new economy" is an inevitable requirement to adapt to the development of productive forces, follow the law of economic development, and adhere to the people-oriented. Different from the connotation of "new economy" in the United States, China's "new economy" indicates a new concept of development. During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the government should deepen theoretical innovation and continue to promote supply-side structural reform and the "Internet" strategy. Pay attention to the construction of network information security in the Internet age, speed up the implementation of the strategy of innovation-driven development, and provide a new engine for the development of "new economy".
