当代中国社会发展过程中财富分配与风险分配问题研究

【摘要】：发展是当今世界的主题，更是中国的第一要务。当代中国社会正在将自身融入全球化的历史进程并全面推进现代化建设，经过30多年的改革开放，中国社会发展取得了举世瞩目的成就，但也面临着后果严重的风险。风险问题的凸显正在唤醒并强化人们的风险思维，并逐渐成为人们日常生活和学术研究的热点话题。中国是一个快速发展的发展中国家，是当今最有发展潜力的经济体，在充分享受全球化带来的现代文明的同时也正经历着财富分配和风险分配的历时性问题共时性呈现的特殊阶段，，财富分配和风险分配成为当代中国社会发展过程中必须要面对的突出问题。随着社会对先进生产力的追求，当代中国社会正在经历剧烈现代化的一个过程，在发展的过程中也存在生态环境逐年恶化、贫富分化加剧、社会阶层分化显著、利益群体日益增多等现象。政治、经济、文化、社会、生态等风险在当代中国现代化的进程中具有明显的叠加效应，这就预示着当代中国社会发展过程中财富分配与风险分配是一个充满矛盾的过程。面对理论与现实的困境，我们既要充分借鉴西方风险社会理论中的合理因素为我所用，又要充分运用马克思主义哲学的基本观点和方法对国外相关思想观点进行科学的分析和甄别，从而对我国社会发展中的财富分配与风险分配问题进行研究并形成具体的分配策略和分配方法。本文对当代中国社会发展过程中财富分配和风险分配问题的研究在吸收和借鉴国内外已有成果的基础上，力求以马克思主义哲学的立场、观点和方法剖析财富分配与风险分配的实质，透视社会发展过程中特别是中国社会发展过程中财富分配与风险分配的问题及其原因，认为只有深化对财富分配与风险分配问题的认知，树立科学的发展理念和发展思路，才能推动当代中国社会又好又快发展。
[Abstract]:Development is the theme of today's world, but also China's first priority. The contemporary Chinese society is integrating itself into the historical process of globalization and comprehensively promoting modernization, after more than 30 years of reform and opening up. China's social development has made remarkable achievements, but it also faces serious risk of consequences. The highlight of the risk problem is awakening and strengthening people's risk thinking. China is a developing country with rapid development and the most potential economy. While fully enjoying the modern civilization brought by globalization, it is also experiencing a special stage of the diachronic problem of wealth distribution and risk distribution. The distribution of wealth and risk has become a prominent problem in the process of social development in contemporary China. With the pursuit of advanced productive forces, the contemporary Chinese society is experiencing a process of drastic modernization. In the process of development, there are such phenomena as the deterioration of the ecological environment year by year, the intensification of the polarization between the rich and the poor, the marked differentiation of the social class, the increasing number of interest groups, etc. Political, economic, cultural and social phenomena. The risks such as ecology have obvious superposition effect in the process of modernization of contemporary China. This indicates that the distribution of wealth and risk in the process of social development in contemporary China is a process full of contradictions, facing the dilemma of theory and reality. We should not only draw lessons from the rational factors in the western risk society theory, but also make full use of the basic viewpoints and methods of Marxist philosophy to analyze and discriminate the relevant ideas abroad. Thus, the distribution of wealth and risk in China's social development is studied and the specific distribution strategies and methods are formed. This paper studies the distribution of wealth and risk in the process of social development in contemporary China. On the basis of absorbing and drawing lessons from existing achievements at home and abroad. The author tries to analyze the essence of wealth distribution and risk distribution from the standpoint of Marxist philosophy. In the process of social development, especially in the process of social development in China, the distribution of wealth and risk issues and their causes, think that only to deepen the understanding of the distribution of wealth and risk distribution. Only by setting up scientific development idea and train of thought, can the contemporary Chinese society develop well and quickly.
