“一带一路”学术研究的现状、问题与展望

【摘要】："一带一路"倡议提出后,相关学术研究进展很快,成果数量和质量都有积极变化。但学术研究亦存在不少问题,主要包括:"一带一路"的定位、地理范畴和内涵不明确;微观研究、基础研究、中长期前瞻性研究、独立研究、创新研究、批判性研究和合作性研究较少;过分强调辩证法和全面性;学术研究尚存在很多空白点;顶层设计和统筹协调有待加强。"一带一路"宜明确定位、地理范畴和内涵,基础研究与应用研究并重,宏观研究与微观研究并重,加强前瞻性研究,鼓励合作研究和创新研究,加强顶层设计和统筹协调,引导地方发挥优势开展务实合作研究,落实好习近平总书记在哲学社会科学工作座谈会上的讲话,正确区分学术问题和政治问题,不断提高科研人员的学术水平,逐步完善科研管理体制和科研成果评价机制。
[Abstract]:Since the "Belt and Road" initiative was put forward, the relevant academic research has made rapid progress, and the quantity and quality of the results have changed positively. However, there are still many problems in academic research, including: the positioning of Belt and Road. The geographical category and connotation are not clear; Micro research, basic research, long-term prospective research, independent research, innovation research, critical research and cooperative research are few. Overemphasize dialectics and comprehensiveness; There are still many blank spots in academic research. The top-level design and overall coordination need to be strengthened. "Belt and Road" should clearly define the location, geographical category and connotation, basic research and applied research, macro and micro research, and strengthen forward-looking research. We should encourage cooperative and innovative research, strengthen top-level design and overall coordination, guide localities to give full play to their advantages and carry out practical and cooperative research, and implement well General Secretary Xi Jinping's speech at the forum on philosophy and social science work. It is necessary to correctly distinguish academic and political issues, constantly improve the academic level of scientific research personnel, and gradually improve the scientific research management system and the evaluation mechanism of scientific research achievements.
