【摘要】：党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央作出经济发展进入新常态的重大判断,形成以新发展理念为指导、以供给侧结构性改革为主线的政策框架,贯彻稳中求进工作总基调,引领我国经济持续健康发展。习近平围绕社会主义经济建设发表的一系列重要论述,立意高远,内涵丰富,思想深刻,全面回答了我国经济发展怎么看、怎么干的重大问题,对于坚持以人民为中心的发展思想,牢固树立和贯彻落实新发展理念,适应把握引领经济发展新常态,推进供给侧结构性改革,促进经济平稳健康发展和社会和谐稳定,实现"两个一百年"奋斗目标,实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦,具有十分重要的指导意义。为帮助广大干部群众学习、理解、掌握习近平关于社会主义经济建设的重要论述,中共中央文献研究室编辑出版了《习近平关于社会主义经济建设论述摘编》。本刊选发这本论述中的一部分,供读者研究学习。
