中日对东盟投资比较及中国的策略——“一带一路”倡议下的新考量

【摘要】：东盟是中日两国对外直接投资的重要对象。虽然两国对东盟的投资都具有市场寻求型特点,但日本对东盟投资早,产业集约化程度较高,投资呈现波浪式的发展历程,其资源寻求型特点较显著;中国对东盟投资增长迅猛,其效率寻求型投资特色鲜明,却存在着投资地区分布、相互投资等方面的结构性失衡问题。随着中国"一带一路"倡议的提出,中日对东盟的高铁建设、湄公河流域的投资及融资方式呈现出新特点,其资源寻求型投资比重逐渐增加。日本传统的投资模式和效应对中国向东盟扩大投资具有重要的借鉴意义。中国应对东盟十国实施差异化投资战略,构建在相互信赖基础上的合作共赢的投资环境,携手建设"中国-东盟命运共同体"。
[Abstract]:ASEAN is an important object of foreign direct investment between China and Japan. Although the two countries' investment in ASEAN has the characteristics of market seeking, Japan's investment in ASEAN is early and the degree of industrial intensification is relatively high. Investment shows a wave-like development process, and its resource-seeking characteristics are obvious; With the rapid growth of China's investment in ASEAN and its distinctive characteristics of efficiency seeking investment, however, there are structural imbalances in such aspects as regional distribution of investment and mutual investment, etc. With the development of China's "Belt and Road" initiative. China and Japan to ASEAN high-speed rail construction, Mekong River Basin investment and financing mode presents new characteristics. Japan's traditional investment mode and effect have important reference significance for China to expand investment to ASEAN. China should implement differential investment strategy for ten ASEAN countries. Build a win-win investment environment on the basis of mutual trust, and work together to build a "China-ASEAN Community of Destiny".
