制度质量对技术创新产出的门槛效应研究

【摘要】：本文基于理论探究和44个经济体2000—2014年的面板数据,采用门槛模型实证研究制度质量对技术创新产出的门槛效应。研究发现:制度质量存在门槛效应,低层次制度质量国家的制度改进对技术创新产出的提升效应更加明显;稳健性检验支持上述结论;中国的制度完善还有较大发展潜力,外商投资净流入和物质资本等具有优势,研发人员投入、教育公共开支和贸易开放度指标处于弱势。因此,中国应持续加强制度建设、增加研发投入及公共教育开支和吸引高质量外资等,以不断提升技术创新产出能力。
[Abstract]:This paper is based on theoretical research and panel data for 44 economies from 2000 to 2014. The threshold effect of institutional quality on technological innovation output is studied empirically by using threshold model, and it is found that there is threshold effect in institutional quality. The effect of system improvement on technological innovation output is more obvious in countries with low level institutional quality. The robustness test supports the above conclusion. China's institutional improvement still has great development potential, foreign investment net inflow and material capital have advantages, R & D personnel input, education public expenditure and trade openness index is in a weak position. China should continue to strengthen the system construction, increase R & D investment and public education expenditure and attract high-quality foreign investment, so as to continuously improve the technological innovation output capacity.
