时代和实践:中国特色社会主义政治经济学的思想之母、理论之源

【摘要】：中国特色社会主义政治经济学保持长盛不衰的生命力必须具备的两个基本要素:一是与时代发展相同步;二是随实践进步而创新。时代变化的重要特征是资本主义和社会主义两大制度并存既竞争又合作共同发展,中国特色社会主义政治经济学不仅要回答中国发展的现实问题,也要回答世界发展的基本问题。中国特色社会主义市场经济理论一是要解决社会主义和市场经济结合的理论,二是要从具体制度层次上解决社会主义基本制度和市场经济运行的优势都能够得到充分发挥。社会主义基本经济制度在宏观领域是混合所有制经济性质,在微观领域也要体现这一制度特征,公有制的主体地位表现为混合所有制经济中公有资本的控股或支配地位。
[Abstract]:The political economy with Chinese characteristics must possess two basic elements: one is to keep pace with the development of the times; The other is to innovate with the progress of practice. The important characteristic of the change of the times is the coexistence of capitalism and socialism as well as the co-development of both competition and cooperation. The political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics should not only answer the realistic question of China's development. The theory of socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics is to solve the theory of the combination of socialism and market economy. Second, it is necessary to solve the advantages of the socialist basic system and the operation of the market economy from the specific system level, and the socialist basic economic system is of the nature of mixed ownership economy in the macroscopical field. The dominant position of public ownership is the holding or dominating position of public capital in mixed ownership economy.
