山西省居民收入与非煤产业发展的关系研究

【摘要】：本文以非煤产业作为切入点，将山西省城镇居民和农村居民视为研究对象，，关注其收入水平与非煤产业的关系，主要分为以下几个部分：第一部分，着眼于全省居民整体收入，运用描述性统计和状态空间模型的方法，对整体居民收入水平与煤炭产业、非煤产业的关系进行了定量分析。从整体层面把握了煤炭产业、非煤产业对居民收入的作用大小：煤炭产业的高速发展没有带来居民收入的大幅增加，非煤产业才是拉动我省居民收入增加的主要途径。第二部分是本文研究的重点。在确定非煤产业是使居民增收的主要途径之后，将其细分为第一产业、第二产业中的非煤工业以及第三产业。同时，针对影响城镇居民收入和农村居民收入的因素不同，对二者分别构建状态空间模型：城镇居民收入模型引入“第二产业中的非煤工业增加值”、“第三产业增加值”和“财政总收入”指标；农村居民收入模型引入“第二产业中的非煤工业增加值”、“第一产业增加值”和“农民家庭平均每户生产性固定资产原值”指标。状态空间模型能够将经济变动状况动态化，能够反映出非煤产业对居民收入的影响力随时间的波动情况。从回归结果得出两点结论：第三产业是影响城镇居民收入的主因，第一产业和第二产业中的非煤工业对农村居民收入的影响力趋于一致。第三部分，根据研究结果，针对城镇和农村的不同特点提出针对性的建议：在保证煤炭产业发展的同时，城镇应通过大力发展第三产业来提高居民收入水平，农村应该保证传统第一产业的地位，并且大力发展第二产业中的非煤工业，增加生产性资产的投入水平。
[Abstract]:This article regards the non-coal industry as the breakthrough point, takes the Shanxi Province urban resident and the rural resident as the research object, pays close attention to its income level and the non-coal industry relations, mainly divides into the following several parts: The first part focuses on the overall income of the province's residents, using descriptive statistics and the method of state space model, to the overall income level of residents and the coal industry. The relationship between the non-coal industry is quantitatively analyzed. From the overall level, the impact of the non-coal industry on the income of residents has been grasped: the rapid development of the coal industry has not brought about a substantial increase in the income of the residents. The non-coal industry is the main way to increase the income of residents in our province. The second part is the focus of this paper. After determining that the non-coal industry is the main way to increase the income of the residents, it is subdivided into the primary industry, the non-coal industry in the secondary industry and the tertiary industry. At the same time. In view of the different factors affecting the income of urban residents and rural residents, the state space model of urban residents' income is introduced into the "non-coal industry added value in the secondary industry". Indicators of "added value of the tertiary industry" and "total financial revenue"; The income model of rural residents introduces "the added value of non-coal industry in the secondary industry". The state space model can make the economic change dynamic by the indexes of "the value added of the first industry" and "the original value of the productive fixed assets per peasant household". It can reflect the influence of non-coal industry on the income of residents with the fluctuation of time. From the regression results we draw two conclusions: the tertiary industry is the main factor affecting the income of urban residents. The influence of non-coal industry in the primary and secondary industries on the income of rural residents tends to be consistent. The third part, according to the results of the study, according to the different characteristics of cities and towns and rural areas put forward targeted recommendations: in order to ensure the development of the coal industry, cities and towns should vigorously develop the tertiary industry to improve the income level of residents. Rural areas should ensure the status of the traditional primary industry and vigorously develop the non-coal industry in the secondary industry and increase the input level of productive assets.
