供给侧结构性改革的实质、路径与实现条件

【摘要】：近期中央召开了经济会议,在会议中提出了推进改革供给侧结构性的意见。供给侧结构性改革是我国新常态经济发展的需要,是国际金融危机后新形势的主动选择,推进供给侧结构性改革是国家经济发展的需要。之前曾经提出并且中央高层多次在不同的场合中提及了供给侧改革,经济学界也广泛关注这一新的表述,很多学者研究并且提出了关于供给侧改革的意见和建议,这对本文研究供给侧结构性改革的实质、路径、实现都有一定的影响和帮助。所以,本文将以以往关于供给侧结构性改革研究理论为基础,进一步分析改革的实质,并且就改革实施路径和条件进行探讨。
[Abstract]:Recently the central economic conference held at the meeting, and puts forward some opinions on the reform of the supply side structural. The supply side structural reform is the demand of China's new normal economic development, is the active choice to the new situation after the international financial crisis, promote the supply side structural reforms are needed in the development of the national economy. Previously proposed and central leaders repeatedly on different occasions mentioned in the supply side reforms, economists are widely concerned about this new formulation, and many scholars put forward on the supply side Reform Opinions and suggestions, the essence of this paper research the supply side structural reform implementation path, have a certain influence and help. So, this will be in the past on the supply side structural reform based on the theory, further analysis of the nature of the reform, and discusses the implementation of the reform path and conditions.
