中企海外并购需练就“内功”

【摘要】：正中国企业的海外并购行业日趋多元化,一方面,"一带一路"战略为国内外经济联动带来了助推,沿线成为新的贸易热点:另一方面,世界各国传统产业在工业4.0的冲击下亟待转型,为中国企业海外并购提供了"抄底"的机会。为了使中国企业全方位了解更多海外并购流程、前期准备、注意事项以及税务方面的信息,《中国对外贸易》杂志记者对话了多位专家学者,针对中国企业海外并购会出现的问题答疑解惑。
[Abstract]:The overseas M & A industry of Chinese enterprises is becoming increasingly diversified. On the one hand, the "Belt and Road" strategy has given a boost to the domestic and foreign economic linkage, and along the line has become a new trade hot spot: on the other hand, Under the impact of industry 4.0, the traditional industries of all countries in the world are in urgent need of transformation, which provides an opportunity for Chinese enterprises to "copy the bottom" for overseas mergers and acquisitions. In order to enable Chinese enterprises to learn more about the overseas M & A process in all aspects, they should prepare for it in the early stages.
