中国—东盟海洋合作路径探析

【摘要】：自1991年中国与东盟开展对话以来,中国—东盟海洋合作已从最初的渔业合作逐步扩展至海洋经济、海上联通、科研环保、海上安全、海洋人文等领域。目前,中国—东盟海洋合作在面临机遇的同时也遭遇着挑战。探索中国—东盟海洋合作的新路径,不仅是建设"21世纪海上丝绸之路"的重中之重,也是增强中国-东盟政治互信,稳定周边的有力举措。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the dialogue between China and ASEAN in 1991, the China-ASEAN maritime cooperation has gradually expanded from the initial fishery cooperation to the areas of marine economy, maritime connectivity, scientific research, environmental protection, maritime safety, marine humanities, etc. At present, China-ASEAN maritime cooperation is facing both opportunities and challenges. To explore a new path for China-ASEAN maritime cooperation is not only a top priority in building the "Maritime Silk Road of 21th century", but also a strengthening of political mutual trust between China and ASEAN.
